New Balance Langley

Came in today to try on a bunch of shoes I had on my watchlist. Had the privilege of being helped by Sonia. She got me shoes to try on, answered my queries, and even made suggestions when I asked. And trust me, I wanted to try on a lot of shoes and had a lot questions. Throughout the whole experience, Sonia was patient, helpful, friendly, and was just so great. I ended up getting a shoe that wasn't even on my watchlist when I didn't think I'd buy it today. With the kind of service Sonia provided, I'd definitely come back and recommend this store and her service to anyone. Thanks Sonia!

This place is amazing. I'm a die hard new balance fan and what better place to go than the actual store. Staff is always super helpful doesn't matter who. More than just their shoes also has clothing and accessories. Can't go wrong at Langley New Balance!!

Eric is one the best sales person i came across in the shoe industry.. i was struggling for the past few months for regular walking, running & court shoes, sizes etc.. he very gently listened to all my concerns and helped get the perfect fit for both kinda shoes.. very happy to come here.. keep it up guys👍👌

I had the good fortune of coming to the Langley NB store after I had foot surgery. I had not worn a shoe for 3 months and Isaiah the store manager helped me select a good pair of shoes for my foot rehab.

He was very kind and helpful. I bought one pair of shoes and ordered another. Now, this is when his attention to customer service is really highlighted. The shoes I ordered did not arrive in the timeframe that was expected. During this time Isaiah personally reached out to me to inform me of the delay and gave me an updated arrival schedule. When the shoes were backordered a third time he told me he would give me a credit to use towards my purchase which was completely unexpected and appreciated greatly by me. He contacted me three times over the phone and this in and of itself was great service, the credit just added to the good experience.

And, further, when I went to pick up my shoes several months later, he remembered me and greeted me by name when I entered the store. I had long since gotten rid of my post surgery air boot so I was very surprised that he remembered me from months earlier. He obviously is very thoughtful and genuinely cares about the people who shop at his store. The owners have a gem of a manager who makes their store stand out in a sea of retailers.

Very pleased with the service and product from New Balance Langley. Shoutout to Eric S for being such a great sales associate to deal with.

Apr. 02/23, New Balance Langley store, for a weekday it was quite busy, all the staff was helping someone, I started looking around, as I have a very hard size shoe & width to actually find, within moments a staffer named Isaiah asked me if I needed any help, I explained exactly what my podiatrist recommended I get a size 7 – 4 E, straight last neutral.
Isaiah, patiently listened, he knew exactly what it was I needed, this size & type they don’t stock in big numbers.
Isaiah is so well versed on types of shoes that it blew me away, as normally when I go to a shoe store, they really don’t have an idea of different types other than what the tag says on the wall. He came back with what they had, explained them to me as they were for different types of activities, which was great as now I had the knowledge to make an informed decision, turned out I now wanted 2 different shoe types.
Isaiah was very accommodative and not in the least put off by the numerous times coming back to the store as he had to bring shoes in.
I give Isaiah a big high 5 for his knowledge of shoe construction & materials used, in what they sell, including what they’ll do.
I was looking for the tip jar, as when i go to a great restaurant & get exceptional service, who will listen is knowledgeable & personable on what it is they do, you can’t help but wanting to leave a tip for a job well done.
I totally recommend New Balance as an exceptional foot wear company but more over, the knowledgeable staff at there Langley store, for making me an informed happy customer 😊

The guy wearing PRX is great with his customers. Too bad I forgot his name :( My receipt says Andy so I’m assuming that’s him.
Nonetheless, he is extremely polite, knowledgeable, and most importantly, he gives customers the space to try out different kind of shoes as well as answer all sorts of questions. I’m happy with my purchase, will go back for sure.

I had a delivery for kids shoes, which UPS failed to deliver twice. Andrew and Isaiah we’re extremely helpful and did a great job resolving the issue. Very happy with their efforts!

Staff are very helpful, this store was a good find for me because they stock a lot of wide and even extra wide sizes. My feet are extremely picky and have some issues - i didnt end up liking the first pair i bought as much as i did when i i initially tried them on and they took an exchange with no problems and got me in a pair im now VERY comfortable in. Shoes are priced fairly and several pairs were on sale when i went.

My wife and I have purchased a few pairs of NB shoes from this location and the service is always great! I needed a special pair of shoes for my grandson and the store manager searched around and found them for me and had them shipped to the store for me to pick up. Everyone in the store is outstanding, especially the store manager. We will continue to shop at this store location.

Came into the store to get new shoes for my boyfriend. A young lady named Asia fitted him and went above and beyond to ensure he got the right shoes to meet his needs, future orthotic use and still get a stylish shoe. She was knowledgeable and friendly. We had tried other stores and weren't even acknowledged.
Highly recommend this store for its customer service and products and specifically Asia.

Awesome ! The fellow that helped me pick out my replacements for my 894's (which were so good I bought at least a dozen pairs over the years..), was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable ! I explained my foot problems, what my intended use was, and he sized my feet, and then showed me a couple different models to try. He actually started off with the lower buck shoes, which didn't quite do it for me, so I ended up buying a pair of 940's. They are so comfy and a joy to walk in ! Thanks for the fantastic service !! I wish I grabbed his name, but if he reads this, he'll know ! So glad New Balance has outlet stores !! 👍👍

Absolutely fantastic service. I have orthotics and recently bought a wide 2e Gortex men's shoe. About a month later I could barely walk and the physio therapist, massage therapist and Chiropractor all suspected it was because Gortex doesn't give. The shoes were snug fitting but similar to other pairs i had bought there so I never suspected the new shoes. Unfortunately, even though I loved the idea of a waterproof shoe I put my old pair back on. Low and behold after a week my metatarsalgia started to lessen. It was the shoes!
When I returned from my holidays, now 2 months from purchase date I went to this store to share my concern and explain the costs I had incurred because of their product.
The manager was fantastic. He immediately returned the shoes for a full refund and the service was so impressive that I bought another pair, which was better for my foot issues.
Simply said you could probably find these shoes cheaper at a big box store but I highly doubt you would get the service and immediate replacement.
Well worth the effort to buy directly from a New Balance store ... and if you do, buy from this one!

The New Balance Store in Langley is awesome! Although I have found all the employees there to be helpful, Asia deserves special recognition. She is so very pleasant, very knowledgeable, and patient, and goes above and beyond to find the customer the perfect shoes. Thank you Asia for your helpfulness, your lovely disposition and your expertise!! I highly recommend shopping at this store!!

There are sneaker shops and then there was this one. We went there to buy sneakers for myself and my two sons. We were helped by Tier. He rechecked our sizes and gait. Then suggested shoes that fit us perfectly. He made sure that we were happy with them despite their generous returns policy. Due to COVID we are walking and exercising more. He made sure that we avoid injuries by selecting the right shoes for the type of activities we engage in. Thank you so much Tier and colleagues. We appreciate you all. I would highly recommend that you pay them a visit.

We had Jordan serve us today he was friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. He help us find the perfect shoes. He was very kind and curious. I will definitely recommend him and yr store to friends.

Staff recommended a pair of shoes for my son. A mistake was made (this happens, every business/person makes mistakes). What impressed me was how it was handled. They replaced the shoes with a more appropriate recommendation and provided a $70 credit for use in the store. The service throughout this was great and professional. It is always comforting to do business with companies who stand behind their products. We will be back!!

I went here the other day for trail shoes so I can walk my dog comfortably in all weather. A lovely young fellow named Andy got me into a pair of Hero’s which are waterproof shoes. I have worn them on at least 3 walks now in the rain and mud and my feet stay dry. I guess you could say, these shoes are my HEROs. Thanks again Andy!
