So I ended up taking 3 different computers here within the span of 3 weeks, and I don't regret it. Besides being a decent price (just $25 for the diagnostics), the staff was friendly and helpful - especially Ron! Professional and competent yet also friendly and clearly wanting to help me get things figured out. He even took care of the diagnostics fee for the second computer! All in all a great experience, and if I ever need it again I'll be going back there.

10/10 recommend CRACKERZ for any kind of electronic repairs! I was told from several stores that my MacBook Air was not fixable and that they couldn't fix it for me without a proof of purchase - I was defeated.

Crackerz was able to take my laptop the day I walked in, and I was quoted about 2 ish weeks because they had to order a part. I got a call four days after I left my laptop in their hands saying that it was fixed and all ready to go. Not only was this the fastest and most reliable repair I've ever had done, but it was cheap as well!

Fantastic customer service. I will definitely be seeing them again if I ever need any electronic help.

Joy and Ron are amazing! They were able to help me digitize and convert my wedding videos and photos. They provided great advice and was able to get everything ready within a day. Thank you so much!

Took my device to another place global repairs Langley. Long story short after lies of replaced components and untrained uneducated global repair techs. Took my disassembled iPad back and dropped it off at Crackers. And seriously in under a hour they had it fixed and reassembled. I hadn’t even enough time to drive home!
All I can say is don’t be stupid like me! Just take it to Crackers don’t be fooled by other repair shops in Langley. That make promises that they can’t realistically complete.

Just came in to have a phone repaired a few days ago, I thought it was a total goner. The staff here must be miracle workers becuase they were able to not only fix the device to keep my data on it intact. Can't thank them enough. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Went in & had the BEST customer service. A cord ripped on my external hard drive, thought everything was lost. They looked and the cord was not permanently attached. Only needed a new cord & they checked the drive to make sure everything was good to go. Highly recommend!

Thanks for fixing the camera on my Samsung 20FE! Courteous professional staff and their estimated time to complete the job was spot on. Will recommend!

This store is the best!
Their technician, Najmul helped me 2X’s to send files that other stores and people could not figure out how to do. He is so helpful and polite, he organized everything together on my phone, so it would be there in the future, and didn’t even charge me when I needed help the second time, as I’m not tech savvy.
So happy I found them!

Wonderful customer service and they go above and beyond. I took a laptop in two days before Christmas for my disabled aunt who is bed bound and they made sure I got it back the same day so she wouldn’t have to be without her laptop until the new year. We appreciated this so much as it’s her only connection to the outside world. No other company in town was willing to do this but they made sure it happened. Thank you again!

This place is fantastic. I had almost zero volume on my phone and thought it was time for a new one. I took it into Crackerz and the tech took the phone, removed the case and "blew out" the dust and now I can hear callers again without putting it on speaker phone. Dust ... who knew? Super kind and knowledgeable folks.

This place was fantastic. They were helpful, fast, and incredibly honest. I was told that my computer was toast, and so when I took it here to backup the info, they quoted me a price that was half of what the apple repair people said. During the process, they ended up actually fixing my computer and found that backing it up would have missed the stuff that I actually wanted backed. So they just charged me the backing price and gave me the fixed computer. If I had gone to the apple repair shop, it would have been 6-700 dollars for them to tell me they couldn’t get my notes saved. These guys are awesome.

The only downside is that I did have to call them for an update, cause they didn’t call when they started working on it when they said they would. They did call me back twice after that to give me updates though, so I am so far from bothered, it’s almost not worth mentioning. But yeah, these guys rock.

EASY 5 stars. Joy has been incredible to work with and is helping me navigate the autism funding process. She is incredibly knowledgable, honest, and doing miracles with my budget. (And very kind and patient with my son as well) I highly recommend Crackerz and will not likely shop anywhere else for a computer in the future. Thank you, Joy!!!

I have always had a wonderful experience with Crackerz. They are helpful, prompt and honest. They recently fixed a problem that was caused by another repair place at no cost. Previously, they examined my old phone and deemed it unrepairable, and saved me unnecessary repair costs.

I had recently cracked my iPhone screen, it was really bad, I couldn’t access anything. London drugs quoted me almost $200, probably would’ve been over 200 with tax to repair the screen. They also said they would’ve needed most of the day.

I was going to buy a new iPhone, but I needed to access my old phone to transfer my files, so the girl at Telus told me about crackerz, so I went over there to see if they could help me.

The girl at the counter was so friendly and she quoted me $100 and that it would take an hour. I thought to myself. Wow! What a find!

I wish I could remember who the girl was at the counter, but I just want to thank her and her tech for doing such a phenomenal job. You would never know the screen was ever cracked.

I was able to purchase my new phone and transfer everything from my old phone without any issues. I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend crackerz!
