This is my go to computer shop. They are always happy to price match any competitor and will also do a quick mount for you free of charge. Before you even get home you know if your motherboard will post, if your ram is compatible and that your processor has been installed correctly.

Their technicians are very well trained and knowledgeable. They are also happy to answer any questions that you may have. They are extremely DIY friendly and would recommend them to anybody. Been shopping here since they’ve been in BC and will continue to as long as they’re around.

Great experience overall! They helped me piece together my first computer build. Must of been in that store and on the phone with them a dozen times. Everyone I spoke to was kind and helpful. Gave me the advice I needed, and made suggestions for things I couldn't make work. With their price beat I don't see the reason to shop anywhere else. The quickmount service saves so much time when building a PC too.

Such great helpful staff. This is one place where buying local is always always worth it.
Staff are honest and don't try to upsell you on stuff you don't need.
I asked about getting a 2nd fan today and the guy helping us said that the 2nd fan would take away from the cooling.
Rather than sell me the fan to make the sale, he was honest with me (I'm a girl so when people don't try to sell me things that I don't really need I'm always impressed)
I got a new case today that I've been looking at for a bit, so that was very exciting.

Their website gives you stock so you're never surprised with an item being unavailable if you look ahead on the website.

My bf got a new mobo and processor and they assembled it all for him and updated his BIOS to the newest one as well free of charge.

These guys are the real deal and they are incredible with their customer service. I grab all of my computer components here. Worth going inside, instead of just shopping online.

These guys have been my go to place for computer parts ever since NCIX close their doors. This location in Langley is tiny compared to the store they had in Richmond, but the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They will also beat any advertised price, though in my case it was only by a couple of dollars and all you have to do is show them the web site.

Talked to a tech on the phone. Couldn't help with my issue, but he was very friendly, patient, and had good advice.

Very personable staff. Thomas, Cody, Naji, and Wade all really stepped in to help me with technical recommendations when I was in dire need of getting my PC back up and running. I spent almost 5 hours consulting with them and they were really patient with me and even went as far as to get me in a direction that made sure my inquiry was most efficient, even stepping out of bounds to do so. I appreciate their help!

I came in looking for specific items and the staff was very quick getting my items together. They had no problem price matching some items I had found at a cheaper price online. Definitely my go to for computer parts!

Excellent store, mostly has things in stock, Employees are always helpful and offers competitive pricing. Store is easy to walk around and employees are not too pushy. Most expensive things are behind the counter or in the back though. The only PC building shop that I know of around here.

I also think that they own the plaza as it is called me plaza (Could be interpreted as money express_ and the sign as the memory express logo on it, also themed like the store

Guys inside were very helpful and one outright anticipated what I was looking for and brought it to the till before it could be looked up electronically. I was in and out in 5 minutes and it wasn't an order pickup. Service is amazing and the prices are good. Highly recommend for computer parts and accessories.

I went in to buy my new system, having an idea what I wanted. They had everything in stock, and the teller had pretty good knowledge and suggested a couple different parts for the build. To try and save me some money. But I went in with a large budget. So cost wasn't a problem.

Had them install cpu, ram, and m.2 ssd on motherboard they also flashed bios for me. Saving me time and headache.

I put the rig together and it's flawless.

I bought a PC here and picked it up today. Excellent service, I didn't know anything about PC, but not I do thanks to these guys. The staff was very friendly even though I asked a lot of questions. They didn't rip me off, I got mine built by them, and got it done very fast. Thank you guys.

Service is always excellent! I have bought two computers from them and they have always been super helpful never tried to oversell me and anytime I have needed work done on pc it was done within a day. Always a great experience
