Noel was determined to fix my dryer
He came 3 times. They also fixed me washer as soon as they could. Another place wanted $150 just come and look then call out on top of that! Very fair prices!

We took our dryer in, was fixed and ready for pickup the next day. The service was exceptional and cost was far less than expected. Highly recommend and if we any other issues with other appliances will surely call them. .

Our tech was super friendly and went above and beyond, giving us tips and tricks on extending the life of our appliances including what brands to avoid. He was quick to repair our appliances and honest about what needed to be replaced. They aren't in this business to scam you or waste your time. We will always use them for our appliance repairs!

The guy just rolled with my furry hooligans all over him never missing a beat while petting my cat that was demanding more attention than my dishwasher. Sadly my dishwasher is toast but your tech Taylor recommended one that would fit gave me the model number and said text when we get it delivered and he will come install for us. Very easy exchange. The dishwasher he recommended is enroute and I look forward to having a functional kitchen back . Very happy with the process so far thanks!

Got a stacked washed and dryer from here. Works great. They even gave warranty with it. We got it delivered and we didn't even have to figure out how to install it, they did it for us. We did have an issue with the dryer for the first bit and they fixed it for no extra charge.

I called them to get a second opinion on a quote from another company and the person on the phone asked what we were quoted and what it entailed — I gave him the itemized list of things that we were told needed replacing and he was very professional and provided great insight. He said the quote we were given seemed fair.
Most companies wouldn’t dream about giving free consultation if you aren’t using their services, but these guys did. Their honesty and integrity alone will have me using them in the future. What a breath of fresh air it is in this day and age to see a company that still values honesty and a sense of community.

Mike did a fantastic job fixing my Mother's Washing machine. I greatly appreciate Mike's kind and professional demeanor. Mom is a senior and can be vulnerable. Though we didn't get repairs done here. The honestly of this company will make me come back if needed . We brought our unit there and he quickly knew the issues and was honest about not doing the repairs due to the high cost . It's not what we want to hear but needed to hear. In the long run we would save money . Thanks for being honestly and saving us the cost of a in house diagnostic.

Great service - Johnathan was punctual, knowledgeable, went out of his way to get the required parts for the dryer repair. The cost of service was reasonable and lower than I expected. Would recommend this company to everyone!

Called about my dryer that was suddenly no longer drying. Jonathan scheduled me in the next day. He arrived on time, was super polite and got to work right away. Explained the 3 things it could be and once he had it apart diagnosed and showed me the broken part and replaced it (had all the potential parts with him). Cleaned up and put it back into place better than before. Tested it and waited to make sure all was working as it should. The cost was more than worth it, very fair. Guy is a total pro, very friendly and a straight shooter. 100% recommend this company.

Bought a washing machine from these guys instead of going through a private sale, and boy are we glad we did... the used washer gave us issues early on, so one of the owners came by to inspect it himself - he could not find a problem so they swapped it out for a different unit (delivered and brought up the stairs). Since we were under the 6 month warranty - none of this costed extra! Wow... what great service!
