Radisson Hotel Montreal Airport

Nice hotel, rooms are clean staff is nice, friendly and welcoming. The inside restaurant has some good food and the bar has a variety of drinks to enjoy.

Vey nice hotel with free shuttle services to the airport. Dave is the go to man for shuttles, great dude. Excellent customer serviceat the front desk. The rooms were impeccable and there's also a very good restaurant and bar inside. They have a fiitness center, sauna, and indoor pool. Also, make sure to check out Nico's gift shop inside, he has very reasonable prices.

Great stay! A bit on the pricy side and our room was close to a noisy hallway But you get what you pay for.. which is a very clean room, a location close to the airport and an outstanding customer service. Sonita and her team outdid themselves and made this stay very pleasant. Keep it up!

Stayed at this hotel and we left the car parked for 10 days. The room was big enough to accommodate our suitcases. They have free shuttle service to the airport. No issue with parking other than it was pretty full and had to look around for a decent spot. The parking lot at the back is also confusing because it's not clear where it ends and where the one for the other hotel starts. I think it's simpler to use the Park N Ride.

It started off with delayed shuttle from airport - so can't blame the hotel for driver doing their thing, but they took care of our taxi quickly with no issues. Once we arrived, everyone was friendly. The restaurant and bar was closing; however, bar tender was accommodating to let us have some drinks and didn't rush us out.

At checkout, new staff, everyone was helpful again and the manager even brewed me fresh cup of coffee since their machine wasn't working.

Nice finishing touches to the pool area made if feel like I was somewhere tropical! Great price and value. Definitely coming back again.

Stayed here for about 16 days. Staff at reception were friendly , helpful and very attentive to our needs. Restaurant staff were extremely nice and catered us with all our needs also.Our room was clean with no dust bunnies , no moldy spots of any sorts. We loved the fact that our puppy could run around in the outdoor water splash area. Every time we walked in and out of hotel we were always greeted and asked if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you travel with dogs. Due to the restrictions of COVID , laws and regulations have changed in hotels and a lot of people have short patience with the changes. We will be back……

I arrived late, but they gave me a suite at no extra cost. I found the room clean and spacious. Jenny and Sophia were very pleasant and polite to me on checkout. I saw some bad reviews, but really, I enjoyed my 2 nights.

Great service. This front staff was super helpful. Suggested a great pizza place for my late arrival. There is a heated indoor courtyard with a pool and a fountain that is very comfortable and makes you forget about winter.

Always stay here when I fly into Montreal. Great staff and Roger in the bar and grill is fantastic! Arrived here today and was quickly taken care of and off to my very spacious and clean king room, they even had the AC set at what I normally keep it at. No complaints here! Breakfast is very good, just no coupon if you book through CLC. Would definitely recommend!

I am amazed by several things staying in the Radisson hotel. The rooms were super clean, very fresh, comfortable and the staff are so wonderful and kind. They make our moment unforgettable and top experience for the life. The service was exceptional as well. This is the perfect hotel which offers everything you need.

The downside is the location. Their is less service within 15 minutes drive. But if you don’t need to get to gas station and couch tard. I recommend this hotel.

My partner and I were looking for a place to spend our weekend together and we ended up finding this beautiful place!

The indoor pool - we didn’t know there was so no bathing suit :( but we are going back in two weeks :)

The buffet - we didn’t have time to go there unfortunately but a lot of people say it is delicious! I saw the menu and there are so many options to choose from

Staff is incredibly friendly. Usually a pet friendly reservation means that they won't mind about the dog, but the rooms at Best Western had doors leading directly to a HUGE closed lawn area that I was told I could let my dog run and do her business. Pool was warm and clean. Restaurant staff was extra friendly. Portions at the restaurant are massive (two kids shared a poutine and I had leftovers). Hotel was cheaper than Airbnb and was much, much better. Oh. They have free parking.

We stayed there one night on May 2019 taking advantage of Air Canada Stopover
program.
All the staff of the hotel were very nice and friendly, especially the staff at the reception.
They made sure that we could take the 5:25 shuttle bus next morning to the airport.
The room was a little bit outdated and not so many outlets to charge our mobiles. However, it was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable and Wifi connection was wonderful. The quality of towels was quite nice, too.
We had a quick dinner at the bar. The staff was very friendly. However, I wish their hamburger and sandwich were a little bit nicer. (Great volume, but French fries were burnt…) You can use delivery service, too. ( Lots of delivery menus for various restaurants were on the table at the lobby area. )
By the way, when you arrive at the airport, you should go to the departure level, not arrival level to catch the shuttle bus. Also, I recommend you book the shuttle bus to the airport when checking in, as early morning shuttle bus was very busy.
Overall, we had a good rest before going to the next destination.

Always nice staff. Stephanie was really helpful today and went out of her way via phone. I needed a post office close by and she obtained all info for me and forwarded in email for my information. Helpful staff always. Front desk ladies always so pleasant especially in the morning no matter the line up in front of them. Roger is the best bartender ever!

I recently traveled here with my children, and my experience was outstanding. Very family friendly establishment. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. The pool is a nice size, and the atrium is a great place for the children to explore or spend time without parents worrying about their safety. The staff is very helpful. My car battery died overnight, and the manager was able to get someone to come jump start it in less than ten minutes. Amazing! We plan to stay here again during the children's next school holiday.

A very nice and Cozy place to live. I am afraid of Tall buildings and plazas so people like me will like its 2 story building expanded over a vast area. Each & Every room has a nice view. Moreover the staff is very friendly and cooperative. The Gym & Pool area is very beautiful to spend your free time. The environment is quite. And most importantly the inside restaurant is amazing especially its breakfast. So all 5 stars to Holiday Inn.

Great service. Amazing staff. Story time. Connecting flight missed due to an extended delay. Staff went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. My friend had her birthday the next day, we were supposed to party that night at our destination. After informing the staff, they gave us extra meal vouchers, with a surprise full bottle of wine and a chocolate cake. They also recommended some bars and places to visit. Spent a total of 40 CAD between the five of us, got a lot of free drinks and food. Had a wonderful time thanks to the hotel staff.

These staff were awesome at check in. Fast, friendly and the girl was very knowledgeable. Room was nice and clean and bed was comfortably soft. It has a pool if you like that sort of thing but it's in the middle of a courtyard so not much privacy. All in all, highly recommended.
