Great service, especially from Bernie and Lea! Came in to look at a car seen online, felt very well accompanied during the whole process from looking to ultimately purchasing. Car had a couple of things to be fixed but they took care of everything. Couldn't have had a better experience with them!

I would like to share my best experience to learn the cars and test them with Massimo. He is very patient, attentive, and nice person. We reviewed the features of all options I had together and he provided me with the best advice.
For sure I will buy my next cars from him as long as I want to buy Toyota.

My car was towed into Spinelli Lachine. In a short time period, I received a call telling me I needed a new battery and alternator. I was given an option of a new alternator, a reconditioned one and another option which I forget. I chose the reconditioned one and was told it would come from Toronto the next day. Sure enough, it arrived the next day and was installed by noon. I was very pleased with this trip to Spinelli Lachine, especially the person I dealt with on the phone who was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Altogether, it made it a very pleasant experience.

I have never had bad service really, and people can say what they want about their dealers, but what matters to me is my Toyota… I like it and and taking it to Spinelli Lachine is always fine by me. Staff is nice,understanding and helpful.
