I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Bloomex Flowers, and I can't say enough about the outstanding service I received. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, but what truly set it apart was the exceptional assistance I got from Mary, the customer service representative.

I could have placed an order on line, but I had called in and spoke with Sara. I wanted to know the price differences and size of the wreath we ordered. Sara was very helpful, kind and pleasant to work work. I told her how much I appreciated that. Attached is a a copy of the online picture of what we ordered. I'm hoping it looked just as beautiful. I'll repost if i remember to do so.

UPDATE April 30/2024: I've added a pic of the actual wreath. I was VERY underwhelmed. I paid $230 for this? This was supposed to be supersized, instead it looked like a basic package order. While the service from the online staff was excellent. I was so disappointed in the floral arrangement.

Very Happy with transaction, delivered as promised.
But, ordered red roses in the arrangement and they were pink, but a very full lush rose and lasting carnations and daisy's, the birthday girl was very pleased.
She also received a small Teddy bear and chocolate bar, perhaps to make up because the roses were not red?
