Familiprix Extra Vaudreuil-Dorion

This pharmacy is fantastic. We booked a strep test through clic sante for our daughter. Our doctor had given us a prescription for antibiotics in case the test came back positive. Our appointment was at 10am and we were 10 minutes early and they took us right away. They told us the test results would take 10-15 minutes for the results and offered for us to wait in the car and they would call us with the results. They called us not even 10 minutes later letting us know it was positive, they had already prepared the medication. Very efficient process. Keep up the great work.

This is the best pharmacy in Vaudreuil by far! The owner Ahmed is absolutely fantastic! I own a business myself so I know how hard it is to source certain items because of supply chain issues, but whenever I need something, he always bends over backwards to make sure I can get it! He is fantastic!
I saw that someone gave this pharmacy 1 star and that is just impossible. I have never had a problem and have been going there for years! If I speak to a technician and they have a problem I always ask Ahmed the owner and he always makes sure to get whatever I need and make sure I’m happy.
This is how all businesses should be, he is a owner that actually cares about his clients and does whatever he can to make them happy.
To whoever gave him a negative feedback, you obviously do not know him or the pharmacy that well, because if you did you would never have given him a bad feedback. Like everyone in business, the supply chain can affect us all and for you to take your frustrations out on this amazing pharmacy is just wrong. Next time I suggest you speak directly to Ahmed and I’m sure you would have a different appreciation for his services.
Anyways, I wanted to let you know that your staff is also fantastic like Kamal and all the other pharmacists that work there. Your wife that is also a pharmacist is also amazing!

am a very new customer at this AMAZING pharmacy. I transferred my file from my usual pharmacy, "YXZ" and I am THRILLED with the care, concern, and fantastic service I am enjoying now. Ahmed and his team of "Top Notch" pharmacists and technicians have taken such good care of me since day ONE. I wish I could give them a rating of 100 stars! I have a few health issues and I need guidance and I'm getting such EXCELLENT care and follow-ups. This pharmacy is hands down the best one in the Vaudreuil-Dorion area. I've been there time and time again and have never been disappointed. The quality of the service is above all standards and you just won't find anything like it anywhere else.

The entire staff is great, but the owner / pharmacist ... wow !! I've never had a bad experience with him. He makes you feel like more than just a customer ~ He makes you feel like a friend, someone you can trust. He is always smiling and always helpful.

I hope this pharmacy will be around for many more years to come, because after experiencing the service here, I would never go anywhere else.
