Our salesman was very honest, courteous and personable. All the history of the car along with all pertinent
information was provided upfront. Overall the service was excellent . We drove to the dealership and left with the car same day! We would highly recommend this dealership and will return in the future. On the way home, we had the vehicle inspected by our trusted mechanic who verified the car to be in excellent condition.

Etienne was our salesman, he was great! He was very honest and did not pressure us at all. We loved the experience at the Hgregoire in Vaudreuil and will refer anyone who needs a car! I am so excited about my Kia Sportage ! 😊

The best experience and customer service you can find. No one was pushing anything on me , they clearly explained every process and in detail and answered all of my questions and some about the whole process. It was my first purchase of a car that wasn’t through a friend or family and they were able to get me approval within 20 mins which was amazing and they made it that everything was done same day even though it was on a weekend.
One of their employees even stayed to make sure all my contracts were printed, and I want to personally thank Jean-francois who was super easy going and very friendly from setting it all up and explaining the pre financing process and warranties, to Sevag who helped me understand the entire process of the financing and made sure I left that day with my new car and even for be a better interest rate bc both these guys are bosses in my eyes. And I would also like to thank Mehdi the sales manager for being very friendly and supportive and running a solid sales team at H. Grégoire and I look forward to already getting my next new car with them. (Please also thank the girl with the motorcycle helmet who stayed longer to help us on my file.

First off I have to say the team at this location is great Alex greeted us 30 min to closing with no hesitation and allowed us to take a car out for a test drive.
Him and the team made the experience of getting a car 200000 times better then my previous experience at a dealer. They are not pushy on any products but explain everything clearly so you understand the process 100%

By the end of it I felt like this team were long time friends and I look forward to seeing them again.

In short they are compassionate, understand, friendly, humourous, welcoming, cheerful ... I could go on but you get what I mean.

Everyone was very welcoming and happy to help, as well as give advice. A wonderful staff that create a great environment to walk into. They make sure to keep you in the loop every step of the way, whether it's just looking for a car and going through details or actually purchasing a vehicle. They are very transparent with all of the details that go into the contract.
I had a car from a different lot transferred over and, although it took longer than expected for the car to arrive in Vaudreuil, I was given a call everyday to update me. I was very happy to be kept up to date like that and appreciated getting calls to inform me of any news, even just a quick "we haven't received it yet but I will be sure to update you tomorrow".
Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice used car!
