Was in an accident and unable to walk for 3 months. Ordered packages and Canada post refused to deliver them to my place. They would walk to my door leave a notice saying to pick up my package from the closest depot.. they would not even ring my front door bell. This is unacceptable. I made a complaint and yet the same thing happens but this time they tell me to pick up my package and not deliver to that location to pick it up. It is already hard enough for me to get out of my house now I have to go back and forth for nothing. Thank you Canada post I really appreciate all the hard work my money pays for.. Do not use Canada post! They are an unreliable delivery service.

Incompetent brainless staff working for an even dumber company. Constant delays, missed deadlines, misplaced packages, "missorted" items, and you will have better luck banging your head against a wall than getting anything of value from their useless customer service.

I can't believe this company hasn't been completely stripped down and built up from scratch with new staff from top to bottom.

And they have the audacity to go on strike every chance they get. Pathetic.
