Great for kids and adults, all ages.
We visit from out of town every year and stay with family, when we get cabin fever we come to the Voyageurs HQ for the
Local history Museum exhibits
coloring activities,
complimentary hot chocolate,
gift shop &
free cross country ski rental for kids and adults.
Boat access, picnic tables, short cultural hikes in summertime.
All that combined with Immaculate indoor restrooms make it a winner for all ages in all weather.
It’s an awesome public resource.

Glad they are open despite the flood on the road and the pier where the boat dock. Boat tour is closed at this time until further notice.

A beautiful facility - we recommend heading down to Rainy Lake Visitor Center for some nice hiking trails - especially lovely with the fall leaves changing.
