This is the bike shop to be.
I had bad service on college street and my friend recommended me to come RIDE AWAY, the crew is really welcoming and understanding my situation how upset I am. They fix my flat tire and quickly found there is actually some scratches on my outer tire which previous bike shop didn’t find.

Adam answered the phone - not voicemail- took my bike for repair immediately- no online booking required - charged less than I paid elsewhere before the pandemic, and Tom called with updates before handing back my bike on time as promised. Friendly and welcoming. Fantastic!

Super nice guys. I bought a set of commuter pedals which they installed free of charge, AND gave me a used bell for free. Will definitely take my bike and business back here in the future!

I have been taking bikes here for tune ups, airs, and repairs for years. Was looking for a used bike and found something very unique and versatile that was reasonably priced. Rides like a dream but noticed some squeaking and took it in the next day and the staff fixed it on the spot. Good vibes all around.

I can honestly say that I called 10 different bike shops looking for a VERY HARD to find part for my classic BMX. I just got off the phone with Adam there and they had what I've been so desperately seeking. These guys are AMAZING. If you ride a bike, you can't go wrong with these guys

had headset reconstruction panic. in 2 minutes adam had it sorted. cheap.. traded courier war stories w the 2 guys. This has been my local bike shop for 5 years and I already loved it. Yesterday I found the most amazing bicycle that suited my price range and I was so grateful. Thank you ride away people for being amazing and kind! I will always support your stores!

Ride Away Bikes is by far my favourite place in the city to get my bike fixed or tuned up. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and will always go out of their way to make sure you get the best help you need. I bought a KHS Urban Soul from here a few years back and still love it. Very good price too. There's a reason that even the mayor of Toronto shops here!

Fantastic bike store! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They fixed up my girl's bike quickly and inexpensively. They also take in old kids bikes, give them a tune up, and give them away. Reuse before recycling! These pair are my girls' first bikes and I'm happy they'll find new home.

This shop has become my go to bike shop. They have great prices and excellent and friendly service. There were times when I went to other shops based on my friends’ recommendation and their prices were always more than Rideaway or they were not as friendly. I always ended up back at rideaway bikes. They don’t pressure you into buying anything, and they always offer a quick installation if you get their parts. Overall just only excellent things to say about this shop!

This is my fav bike shop in the city. Great staff who know a ton and always willing to help solve the issue in the best way possible aka get me back on the road riding my bike!

You’ve gotta be patient when you’re out during a pandemic, and the staff at Ride Away are patient and nice people. Huge line the day I went in but once it’s your turn they treat you like you’re the only customer they’ve had all day. Good selection of bikes and accessories and reasonable prices.

I showed up 5 minutes before the closing time on a Sunday after one of my bicycle's tubes blew earlier that day, and Adam was kind enough to change both tubes and to do a quick check-up to see how the bike was doing.
It's been a month and the bike has been riding like a charm ever since. I'll definitely go back to that shop if I need anything.

Very professional and friendly. Answered my questions very nicely and patiently. Really tries to help instead of trying to make money. Quality service too. I asked them how I can lock my bike safely without being stolen. They took the time to teach me. Would recommend everyone to go.

This shop was exactly what i was looking for. I had a blown out front tire that needed repair and i just dropped in. The person in the repair shop was super friendly and said he would have it ready in 30m. I returned in a half and it was ready and he even told me how the puncture happened and did some extra work (new rim tape) to help it from not happening again (no extra charge than what he originally quoted me on drop off)

Most other bicycle shops need week out appointment where I always feel like they are doing me a favor getting me in. Not this place. I will always come back for any repair or tuneup. Big thnx

Great shop with great vibes! All the guys were super nice and helpful. Bike rides like new, I can’t believe the difference. Will definitely be coming back for future tune ups and repairs!
