Visited the store recently to get outfitted for a new helmet. I am so happy with my new gear, it fits beautifully and is so comfy! Highly recommend this shop! They are the best!

This was my first time going to Cycle Solutions-Beaches. My wife found them online with lots of positive reviews. Brought my bike in for a tune up and tube replacement. Nelson took my bike in, completed the service and was there when I picked my bike up. I had a great experience through the whole process and would definitely recommend them to others. You always can expect top-notch service here at Cycle solutions… Never have to worry about being over serviced or overcharged… Had my bike in for a tuneup and wasn’t worried or concerned that it would not be returned in top form.

CR at the Beaches location provided outstanding service on a recent frame issue, providing thorough options to solve the problem and even securing some warranty money to help with the cost of the repair and replacement. My bike and I feel very taken care of!

The service at the store is the best. From the front to the back the people who work there are knowledgeable and just kind. The selection of items is great, there is a "no pressure" approach, and of they don't have it they will find at, usually at a competitive price.

They are a go to for the serious cyclist to a casual one. The mechanics are top notch and floor representatives are friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't have it, they have sources. Just ask! Haven't been disappointed yet. In fact, they have gone above beyond with my first purchase and upgrades to my bike.

I was looking for foam tubes and called 5-8 bikes stores and then finally called cycle solutions by the beaches. The guy I spoke was certain that they don’t carry them but was very thorough and took his time to search for it in his store. After looking, the guy then was happy to let me know that they have tons of it. I went and drove to the store and to my surprise, he was just giving it to me for free. I was super caught off guard how nice and helpful this shop is! They really have good sense of community and not just there for business! Should I need bike parts or service in the future, I’ll definitely check these guys out!

This is my go to shop! They support the community. If they do not have it, they will get it, if not they will tell you why you might want to consider alternatives. They are riders! I have purchased several bikes from them going back over 20 years, plus kids bikes, grandparents, friends. XC, DH, Trail, Gravel, Road, kids, commuter, CX, they got you covered. Nelson and Matt will answer you personally and make sure you are taken care of.

I had such an amazing experience here buying my first brand new bike, after always being a second hand buyer. I am so happy I got a Trek bike! Tyler was the associate who helped me and answered all my questions while being patient with me thinking things over. He was a great person and super professional. The manager and other staff too were there to help me get the bike I needed too. Very grateful and I'm happy to say I'm going to be a regular here for my bike's needs. Thanks again.

I cannot say enough about how good their service and accountability is. They are a great local bike store! Every employee seems invested in their work and not like some bored part time employee. They do a good job of listening to the customer and making suggestions and can advise appropriately. I do wish they had a larger range of stock on the floor but that may be the case everywhere and I’m certain they can order whatever.

My only regret is that I didn't spend a little extra to get the bike with disc breaks but supply at the store was limited due to the supply chain limitations and I needed a bike sooner rather than later due to the transit woes.

Repairs or tune ups are covered by the store due to the purchase and they provide best practices.

Highly recommend this store for newbies like me.

I had a great experience with Cycle Solutions. Oliver, the person helping us, was very nice, and offered to attach accessories that we bought for free. They also found out that our bike had a minor defect, but it was no fault of their own and they got us another one before we left the doors. On top of that they gave us a 15% discount on the accessories we bought there, and a year of free tune ups. Overall we had an excellent experience.

Hands down, this is the best Bike Shop in the East End of Toronto. They have skilled and knowledgeable staff who are true enthusiasts. The mechanics are brilliant and will offer you helpful suggestions to get you back on the road again. Highly recommended.

I received amazing service from Gareth at cycle solutions at the Beaches and would absolutely recommend this place. I live in west GTA and was looking for a bike shop after poor experiences in a couple of places in Oakville and Mississauga. These guys are so good that I don’t mind the drive all the way to the beaches. I found them to be well priced and the staff was accommodating and very courteous.

Great people; friendly, engaging and knowledgable. Provide good deals, competitive pricing. I trust the people I've talked to at the store to be honest and give me the information I need to make a product purchase that is right for me... gear I can trust at price that I trust is good... whether, clothing, equipment (protective glasses, armour, etc) or bike parts, etc. I love the passion of the people I talk to and who help me out.

I've been to this Beaches location multiple times and I always pleasantly surprised about the degree of knowledge, customer service and speed at which this bike shop works. After my service today, I felt a Google review was warranted as my thanks to this amazing bike shop.

I have say that my experience has always been very consistent and the level of service always top notch! After moving tot he Beaches a couple of years ago, I was looking for a new local bike shop. I found them online and I rifled through their Google reviews and after seeing so many positive reviews, I decided to try them out and I can honestly say, without any hesitation whatsoever, that this is definitely my go to bike shop!

The staff are not only extremely friendly but they speak in a language that you understand--if you're a little more technical, they can elaborate in jargon you're used to--if you're not so technical, they not only explain in a language that you'll understand but they make realistic recommendations and will not try to gouge with unnecessary parts or services and everything is very reasonably and competitively priced! I've been to other shops and before I knew it, I left the store with so many extra things that I realized I didn't really need. This doesn't happen here.

I can't stop talking about how great Cycle Solutions is and the more I interact with their various staff, I am absolutely certain that they have the right business model that maintains a very loyal customer base and their consistent client focused service will always impress, whether its your very first time or your millionth time in their store.

Exceptional same day service on a broken spoke, cassette side, on my good WeAreOne wheel. The wheel has already been on 36k Simcoe ride and a jumpy Don ride.... It is holding steady under my Clydesdale riding👍
