Chicken Satay - Pieces of tender grilled chicken skewers, slathered with a unctuous, creamy and fragrant peanut sauce, plus an extra crunch of fried shallots and pickled cucumbers to cleanse the palate.

Fantastic homey and authentic light meals. The soup is a great accompaniment to the dry noodles. Chicken was well cooked and tasty, and the sauce was just spicy enough.

Service is fast and take-out friendly. The small menu is how you know they do a few things really well!

The beef was wonderfully tender and packed with flavour. The real kicker here, however, is the red garnish (not sure what it is, some sort of vegetable) which is sweet and addictive. The crispy onion or garlic on top adds to the medley of textures and flavours. The green chilies have just the right amount of kick to complement everything else. All at a price under $10 before tax - unheard of these days in Toronto.

This is my first time trying this place and WOW IT’S AMAZING! Ordered a lot of food because everything on the menu looked really appetizing. Started the meal with the dessert (don’t judge), which was the coconut ice cream with toppings. It had a perfect balance of sweetness and richness from the coconut and was a delicious treat. Had the special noodle and it was well presented, big portioned, and delicious. My favourite part of the meal was the satay chicken skewers. Rich with flavour and was nice and saucy. One of the best satay dishes I ever had. Additionally, the fried chicken dish was crunchy skinned and flavourful. Not greasy at all and was very enjoyable. Btw try their shrimp crackers as well they are so amazing and big! The owners are very friendly as well. Overall a superb experience and a must try Indonesian restaurant.

The chicken noodles is really good and flavorful the soup tastes really good too 🤤 The meat balls and wonton looks really good they have garlic and shrimp crackers too. The service is nice

Worthy to try authentic Indonesian food, order today the rendang and chicken noodle, both very good. Will definitely come back and highly recommended to anyone want a taste of Warung (side store) like back at Indonesian village (kampung). 5 star rating.

Delicious food, very homey tasting! We tried the chicken noodles and it was very flavorful. Loved the shrimp chip and soup as well. Prices are very reasonable.

Owned by Harsono and his wife, great indonesian food. Their food court menu is small, you gotta email them to order in advance for anything special & you can make whatever requests I suppose.

Very nice spot with delicious traditional food with decent price. I ordered to noodle with chicken and mushrooms. It was so tasty and filling. Their hot sauce was also awesome.

Small indonesian fast food restaurant inside a renovated mall. They recently opened so the food selection is still quite small. We tried everything on the menu from nasi padang, noodles and the satay. They are all winner especially the nasi padang. The sauce and chili are. They also sell the coconut water and ice tea. Prices are decent with the nasi padang costing $15. Will be back when I crave indonesian food.

Very good indonesian foods. The noodle is pretty authentic. Rendang is flavourful with the eggplant balado. Sederhana dan nikmat.

Heard a lot of good things about Warung Kampung, and it did not disappoint, I am not too familiar with food from Indonesia 🇮🇩 but the food was very flavorful, the owner was polite, friendly and even offer us free vegi on the side

A hidden gem in the middle of a nondescript shopping mall! Warung Kampung only has three items on their menu, but they are as authentically Indonesian as you will get with the portions being large for the price ($8.99 for a full meal!)

Sent them an email to order a few party trays for delivery. The communication was prompt and easy, the owner was friendly and accommodating, extremely pleasant to deal with. We all loved the food and the presentation was good. Chicken Noodle looks like a simple dish but absolutely delicious, the chili was also spicy enough for us! The bubur kacang hijau (which is like a mung bean soup) was just the right sweetness, not too much. Would definitely go back again!

I love Beef Rendang so much I make it myself, an all day labour of love. This was that and so very much more. I found myself rationing my bites to make the experience last longer. The Sambal was so on point. Incredible plate for $9. Tell your friends!
