The lady is really rude and very unprofessional with Uhaul rentals. Don't do it. If you do take pictures before and after of gas and kilometers cause they will try to scam you out of more money afterwards. Just do yourself a favour and avoid the terrible service.

Never get a uhaul from here. The lady has no clue what she is doing. Also you will get scammed because they add charges without your agreement. You will also get scammed for gas because they state the tank was full when you took the vehichle even though it was not.

Super old guy and if his friends walk in he wont care about you being in line be4 his friends . This man doesn’t deserve business please go to the convenience store infront this store !

Really bad service they don’t know what they are doing we booked a uhaul the guy at front didn’t know how his app works so rude with customers wasted good amount of time to make him understand terrible customer service he was speaking in his language on phone ignoring customers

They are rude and not patient at all! I hope you NEVER have to pick up your item from their UPS store.
