Staples

This is an excellent Staples location. It seems they have meeting space and recently had some renovations.
The store is not actually IN the mall but an out building on the east side. Victor, who cashed me out, was super friendly and polite.

First time I've ever had to download PDFs and if I was able to do it! Anybody can! Simplicity made it so much easier to get the job done! I was able to actually get them all printed off. Great selection clean friendly atmosphere

Very quick visit around 630 on a weeknight. Was acknowleged as soon as I walked into the store but not greeted. Had to pick up toner and printer paper so was able to find what I needed without assistance and quite quickly. Store was clean, bright and well stocked. As store wasnt busy I was 2nd in line and checked out with courteous service.

The workers in the copy center are saints! They deal with endless complaints with a wide variety of issues and they seem to always have a solution! And patience!! Good on them

I had a wonderful woman helping me at the.purolater counter and in the.printing section a young man helped me find a case fòŕ my phone and the cashier was helpful as well. Great store.

Just had some legal documents to copying and binding, luckily I was fortunate enough to be attended by Jewell at the Print counter.

Every single encounter that I've had with any staff member at this location has been positive. They're helpful and quickly find someone who can assist you with any questions related to products that they carry. They don't overwhelm you while you browse, you don't feel like someone is constantly watching you, but help is available when you need it. That's my experience!

Great experience as usual. Ralph went far beyond the call of Duty...spent an extra hour with me after his shift was over. Very professional and very nice man. 10 Stars..!!

All the interaction that I've had with them at this location has been positive. They're very helpful and nice.

Went in to replace my laptop. It took a little while to get some help, even after I asked for it - the store wasn't that crowded, but I guess they have cut back on staff or are having difficulty hiring. Anyway, the staffer I saw was very helpful and answered all my questions. He explained their different store warranty/service plans (which were initially confusing) and processed my payment. Total time in the store was roughly a half hour, including the browsing and waiting for help; I considered that to be reasonable. So far (1 week later) I'm happy with the laptop. The store had COVID protocols in place, though they were a little relaxed about social distancing - so am I, so that was no big deal.

Very fast with printing. Staff was extemely helpful. Raina went out of her way to save me precious time without even knowing that I am a publisher. This is how I know they hire genuine people who understand the needs of customers. Service was EXCELLENT will definitely be returning. Raina deserves a raise! We need more people like Rainain customer service. It is people like her that keep people coming back to Staples!

My wife and I purchased a Lenova Lap Top computer today and upon hooking it up experienced some problems, brought it back and Matthew the tech got in up and running in no time, with a smile. Very nice, helpful tech support and I would feel confident in purchasing from this location anytime. Thanks Staff !!!

Extremely courteous staff. Very nice experience. Especially Mr Yasim - despite the store being closed at 9, helped me complete the 400 dollar offer on the single bill. Helped me all the way till the big boxes were loaded to my vehicle.

Great store Shaveta was amazing, she really went above and beyond for me, including the fact that she was very kind!

Layout is pretty easy to navigate. Shelves are stocked nicely. The only gripe I have is having only one cash register open everytime I've been here and the line get filled quickly with customers. Perhaps considering self checkouts would be good.

add-on: Since my last review, this store has reorganized the layout of the left side of the store. It is very nice looking. This renovation makes the left side much easier to navigate. The checkout line layout has also improved. In terms of staff, there seems to be more staff working here to help with questions customers may have. If the product is not in stock, there is a computer near the front of the store that allows you to order the product to be sent to the store or delivered. Today's shopping experience was a thumbs up!

I can't thank the young staff at the computer / copier section of this store at Parkway Plaza. .They have been so helpful printing off important letters, helping me to sign documents my phone etc won't allow and anything else computer/ phone related. They are happy to explain issues which seem insurmountable to older clients..Highly recommended...
