Nicest Bank in Fort Frances!

Good service and nice tellers, everything you’d expect from a bank.

At this branch, I’ve found the tellers to be very kind and not pushy. I’m impressed with their service and that they are nice when I’ve had an issue with my account or a small question. Simple to set up accounts and visas. There online banking app is easy to use and intuitive.

Sometimes there’s long lines but not at this visit. I would recommend parking in the back if you can’t find a spot out front!

This bank does not offer the following basic services:
1. They do not take phone calls, try as you might to navigate their automated system, you will never speak to a person.
2. They have inadequate tellers, wait times are very long.
3. Their tellers are not helpful, probably because they're over worked.
4. They charge very high fees to bank there.
5. They do not have a coin sorting machine, and do not accept large quantities of coins.

Advertise is one of the places where you can exchange currency unfortunately it's only for their customers kind of an anti-tourism move for a business in a tourist town
