Anna, one of the merchandisers was great! She stayed with us until we found the right size for my daughter. The cashier that day was also amazing. we got everything we need and the staff were very friendly.

There is quite an outstanding sale happening here at this time. Upto 75% off on some items. Boys and Girl's section is quite neatly separated and some absolutely adorable stuff.

Not sure if the lady working just absolutely hates her job or what, but most customers shopping for their children would probably appreciate friendlier and less dismissive responses at the register.

Was here recently and found that the entire store looked very picked over and crowded. This was on a night when there was a snow storm and not many other shoppers out (only one other person in the store), so it shouldn't have been difficult to keep it tidy.

He purposed to me

The woman who is on the Cashier Feb 16/2022 evening time shift is very rude and nervous. We entered the shop on the first minute, and from the very first minute, this lady shouted loudly at my son because my eighteen-month-old son was git a girl's dress and was looking. I grabbed the child with the bomb and shouted that the woman was rude and my child was crying for half an hour.

Bad experience with Buy online and pickup in store. The ordered items were not filled and staff did not advise me at pickup. When I called the store, staff member was very unhelpful and even began talking over me. Very disappointed.

I placed an in-store pickup order for 4 items. Then I get a call from them and they tell me my order was cancelled......cuz apparently, NONE of the items I ordered were available!!!
So I ordered 4 items and EVERY single one of those items were out of stock. Wow. The people who work here are seriously incompetent when it comes to stock inventory. They have NO CLUE what they have in stock!!

Staff are very unprofessional at this location. Staff and manger need more training with customer service and their own pos system.

Extremely unsatisfied.... manager was unprofessional...
