It was on December 23 last year, My flight to Regina from Vancouver got canceled due to the snow storm.
The agent followed up my flight and knew that my flight got canceled, eventhough I didn't call him, he gave me the call and asked if my flight was canceled and every other flights were booked cuz it was the Christmas season.
In the worst, I could've spent 5days in Vancouver.
Long story short,
he got me a seat somehow so I could spend my time with my fiance on Christmas. It was the best customer service I've ever had, whoever helped me thank you so much again and I definitely use and recommend Hansem Travel.

Super awesome service. Booked flights with them that needed to be cancelled due to COVID. They were tremendously helpful with cancelling the bookings and have continued to help with answering any questions related to updated airline policies. While they can’t control airline policy changes, Hansem is much more helpful than any airline customer representatives in clarifying and addressing customer concerns.

요즘들어 에어캐나다의 지연,취소,변경이 자주 발생되어 문제가 많다고 들었는데 저또한 그 케이스를 벗어나질 못했습니다. 저의경우 보딩까지 마무리하고 떠난다는 셀렘가득 앉아있었는데 기체결함 해결한다며 3시간동안 비행기에 앉혀두더니 결국 취소를 통보해버리는.. 그 이후는 각자생존하라는 건지.. 스텝분들도 우왕자왕 승객들의 분노도 심해졌구요.. 어떠한 정보도 업데이트 되지 않아 답답하고 힘들시점에, 여행사에 연락하여 MJ 매니저님 도움으로 저는 비행기표를 최선으로 조정하여 안전하고 편안한 귀국길에 올랐네요. 매번 업데이트도 잘 해주시고 친절한 응대 서비스 해주시는 한샘 칭찬 드립니다. 😘

에어캐나다 로 제 14살 딸아이 혼자 한국 행 비행기를 예약했었습니다. 6월 25일 캘로나 에서 이른 아침 비행기로 밴쿠버로, 밴쿠버에서 한국행 이었습니다. 11시 늦은 저녁에 대표님 이 전화를 주셔서 비행기가 캔슬된 이멜일 을 확인 못 한 것 같다고 연락을 주셨습니다. 모르는 번호고 시간도 늦어서 전화를 안 받는데 같은 번호로 2번이나 오길래 받았더니 한샘여행사 대표님이셨습니다. 1시간 넘게 전화를 기다렸지만 저는 연결이 안됐지만 대표님이 자정넘게까지 기다리셔서 비행기표를 다음 비행기인 10시 20분으로 변경해 주셨습니다. 정말 너무 너무 감사합니다. 그 비행기도 취소 되어서 결국 27일로 변경하고 집으로 돌아오긴 했지만요 그렇게 애써 주시고 진심으로 재 부킹에 힘써 주셔서 감사합니다. 여행의 기대감은 떨어졌지만 그래도 우리 딸은 오늘 한국행 비행기를 탔습니다.
