Richard arrived on time for our appointment. After our roof was looked at, he spent time with me explaining the materials used and the process. He also took pictures of the repairs that were needed so I understood exactly what he was referring to. The ground and property were cleaned up and zero roof/material garbage was left behind. Overall, I was very happy with the sevice and the customer service. I would highly recommend Best Quality Roofing.

Best Quality Roofing replaced the membrane of the decks at a commercial building for us. TJ and Richard's team was very easy to work with and got along well with all of the tenants keeping their work areas tidy. They were quick/detailed and were always there to answer any of our questions. We will definitely reach out to them again!

Best Quality Roofing was very efficient. They came out and protected our roof with tarps after a wind and rain storm on the day I called. When they installed our new roof, they arrived when they said they would, were extremely clean in the job they did, and worked long hours over 2 days to complete the job with the least possible inconvenience to me. The crew were polite and respectful, and the most important part, they did an excellent job. The clean up following the job was complete and the bin was removed as soon as they were done. A great and hard working crew. Job well done!

I had Best Quality Roofing do my Torch-on Roof. They did a nice job, very professional workmanship. Their attention to detail was amazing! The guys worked hard and advised me on what they were going to do to make the roof have a longer life and a great look. Everything turned out amazing! They improved the drainage by added additional larger 3”copper drains. I now have the Best Roof on my street and receive complements from my neighbours telling me how nice it is. We had Best Quality Roofing replace the flat touch on roof of our garage after some storm damage. They we quick to respond and patch the initial damage while we waited for an insurance claim. Richard was in our corner with the insurance company insuring we got a lasting solution. The team that did the roof replacement was professional and courteous and took the time to explain the process. The end result looks great.

We were very impressed with the high level of service from Best Quality Roofing. The staff was on time, hard working, and very polite. All our questions were answered in a professional manner and the customer service was exceptional. We will definitely recommend them to our family and friends!

My cedar shake roof was on its last legs and I had originally enlisted a different company to do the conversion to a standard asphalt shingle roof. The other company's customer service was horrible, and I was concerned about the possibility of them not being able to replace my roof this year based on their response times. I asked around for alternative companies and was referred to Best Quality Roofing by a friend.

I called in, and immediately I could tell I was dealing with a professional organization. An on-site visit was arranged for the next day, and I received a proposal by the end of the same week from Tyler.

Once I approved the proposal, arrangements were made to begin work on my roof within a week. Keep in mind that the previous company left me with the impression that I would be lucky to have my roof replaced this year.

A few things stood out for me. Whatever was promised by Tyler actually happened exactly when and how he said it would. Secondly, the cleanup in my yard at the end of every day was extraordinary. This was notable because with the old shake shingles coming off, I couldn't imagine how this would be possible. The team went above and beyond with their cleanup - for instance, I noticed one day while looking out the window that the inside of my gutters were completely clean. This was a job that I had intended to do myself, but kept putting off. My yard looked as clean as it was before work began at the end of every day. Lastly, the finished product looks incredible - the team's workmanship is excellent, and I am very pleased with the work done.

At the end of the day, nobody likes to spend the money to have their roof replaced. The pricing I received from Best Quality Roofing was on par with other quotes I had received, but I can attest to the fact that you'll receive an excellent experience if you choose to work with this organization. I will be recommending this company to anyone asking my opinion on a roofing services.

Richard was prompt, thorough and in the end, offered good value. Other roofers were lower in price, but did not come across very professionally in both conduct and knowledge. My new roof looks great, and time will tell if it is installed well and will endure the test of weather and time.

The work done was a roof replacement at a residential house using an asphalt shingle system. The detailed estimate, and the finished work provided all the detailed items required for a good quality roofing system, done for a very competitive price. Personnel were efficient, professional, quick, communicative. Very satisfied overall.

I am very cautious when it comes to trades people. In 2011 when the roof of my home needed repair in North Delta I did a ton of research and hired another company but it was not done right. Luckily I found Best Quality Roofing. They came and fixed the challenging issues with a roof valley that was leaking. I'm so happy I have a roofing company I can trust.
They just replaced the roof of my investment property in Kelowna and I couldn't be more happy with the work. The attention to detail and quality is the best I have seen.

Best Quality Roofing was the contractor who did all the roofing on a small strata complex consisting of two duplexes and one fourplex. In addition to the sloped roof the complex has several areas that are flat and have torch down roofing over other units and crawl spaces.
I purchased my unit new from the developer. After several years I noticed a small leak in my crawl space which is covered by the torch down roofing material. By the time the insurance company and restoration company were finished they had removed drywall and insulation in the crawl space ceiling over an area of approximately 8 feet wide and 12 feet long. The insulation was soaked and the leak must have existed since the unit was new to contain that much water.
Best quality attended at the site on numerous occasions without being able to locate the cause of the leak. Finally in an effort to ensure no stone was unturned, Richard Otteson, President of the Best Quality came to the site himself on two different occasions and he was unable to locate the leak. Needless to say we were all frustrated. Fortunately, the leak was very small and dripped on the concrete floor or into a bucket and had not caused any damage.
Finally the President suggested that Todd McDonald their top flat roof man should come out and have a look. I had experience with Todd from the past and felt he was the best torch down contractor in the city. I was thrilled with Richards suggestion that Todd should see if he could figure it out.
Todd came out and inspected the entire area, in and out of the crawl space, back and forth he went, checking every inch of that roof. Finally he spotted something no one else had noticed and after carefully removing some material he found the source of the leak.
He is a miracle worker, he had it fixed in an hour and after flooding the area twice to test the patch…No more leak.
