Just wanted to say that James was the most down to earth guy and we loved every interaction with him as well as the final product! We went in here not knowing what to expect, but James quickly got to know what we wanted with our engagement ring and was able to get us sorted. My fiancé loved the final product and it was everything she wanted! We will definitely be back for our wedding bands.

Gold&Rose is an amazing shop to work with, we worked with James during our shopping/selection process for our wedding bands and it was great because he is also the jeweller so he was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions immediately. He is very responsive during the entire process and was very fast with production. His prices are extremely competitive and he was also very accommodating with the design customization that we wanted that I found a lot of other shops could not offer. Our wedding rings turned out beautiful and I couldn’t be happier from beginning to end. I really recommend shopping here for any custom ring needs!

I originally came to Gold and Rose Jewellery off a referral I had from a close friend of mine. Working with James and his wife has been the easiest and friendliest experience I’ve ever had with another working professional and it is extremely easy to see how experienced and seasoned James is with his work. He does everything in house in the back of the store so you can definitely tell that he is a man that puts his pride into his work rather than the one-off stores that sell 3rd party jewellery.

To speak of the ring itself, it was a very easy process and he also lets you choose a design you would want and confirms by printing out a 3D printed version. The final product came out amazing and the high tech quality and effort he puts into his custom designed rings are like no other.

Had a great experience having my partner’s engagement ring done at Gold&Rose. James quoted a really competitive price and offered a very quick completion time. We were able to share examples of what we were looking for and go back and forth until we landed on the final design. My partner was even able to try on a 3D printed version of the ring beforehand. My husband and I first went in a couple of years ago to design my engagement ring and we were super pleased with the service and the results! We went in again this year to get our bands designed and met James, the previous owner’s son, who has now taken over the shop. James is awesome! He talked to us, looked over the photos we saved as inspiration, and helped us design the perfect bands. He is also very reasonably priced for the amount of time and effort he puts into his work.

We had a great experience working with James. My engagement ring was made overseas and he was willing to help me resize the ring (not all local jewellers are!). Also, others were quoting 1-3 weeks + for resizing but he had it done within a couple hours!!

My fiance and I decided to go back to this shop for our custom wedding bands and we are very happy with the results. James created digital renders of our rings and sent us updated versions as we adjusted the ring details to our liking. We also got to try on molds of the rings before he created the final products. Excellent service! James was very helpful and was able to meet all of my requests. I came in with my engagement ring and wedding band that needed to be resized. I also wanted a third band, and to have all three rings sauntered together. James talked me through the process and designed the third ring to match my other two. I would highly recommend going to them for any jewelry needs!

Stumbled upon Gold & Rose on instagram and I was instantly in love. James and Julie are extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient and caring. My partner and I danced around a design for a long time, James was extremely patient with us and made it such a special experience. We got to decide and design every part of our ring and it made it even more special than it already was.
