The paperwork process was fairly quick, and super casual. The only reason I give 4 stars is because of the discomfort I felt while everyone communicated in Korean while I just sat there listening and twiddling my thumbs. I’m not mad about it, but it definitely didn’t made me feel awkward. In conclusion, if you’re Korean… go to Hanin Insurance Services for a 5 star experience!

The staff here cant properly service anybody but Koreans. The customer service is grossly bad. They have no clue how to communicate in English. Cause I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody even if they are my enemy

다른분 추천 받아서 보험들었는데
설명이며 서비스며..하늘과땅차이였네요..

한인 상대로 하는 종합보험 업체이지만 전혀 한인을 위한 업체가 아님니다. 작년에 차보험을 여기서 했는데 설명도 건성으로 하시고, 다 단답형에, 더 물어보면 짜증내시고 참 불쾌했습니다. 여기서 보험하고 다른곳에 다시 가서 이것저것 물으면서 제 상황에 맞게 수정하니 $400불 이상 돌려 받았습니다. 묻지도 따지지도 않으시고, 귀찮다고 덤탱이 쓸돈 많으신 분들은 여기를 적극 추천합니다.

(참고로 작년에 저에게 보험 판매하셨던 분은 가게 안쪽에 오른쪽에 있으셨던 중년 남성분이였습니다.)
