The most professional and kind service i’ve ever received from a dental clinic!! Everyone is really nice from the receptionist until the dentists. They’re careful and straightforward with your service, so there aren’t any hidden costs with insurance. Very happy with this service

I've been going to this dental clinic for around three years. The receptionists are not just attentive but also really friendly. And Dr. Lee, who happens to share my last name..haha, does cleanings that I really like. It's quite different from other dental clinics.

I have very sensitive teeth and also a nervous person but the staffs are super nice and professional. They explained everything to me which made the experience so much better. Definitely recommend ❤

I was reccomended to this dentist by a coworker and I've also reccomended friends and family to come here. All the staff are kind and pleasant. Dr. Lee actually explains processes/procedures and involves you in making the best decision.

I had scaling and check-up today. The explanation and treatment were very professional. The scaling skill was so excellent that I have no complaining at all. Other staff was also so kind and friendly.

I was not satisfied with the service from the other dentist office visit. So I came here to North Road Dental. Dr. Anna and her staff are very nice. I’m in for root canal treatment and they know that I’m a broke international student. So they find me a treatment that slows down the decay until the next time i’m back in my own country to get a proper treatment. The most important thing is that after treatment, Dr.Anna say that I would have some pain. This is not the case, there was no pain at all. So kudos to her and the staffs.

I initially got an emergency treatment from this clinic last December because I broke a canine tooth.

While all other clinics I called told me to come back the next week, Dr. Lee and her staff made the effort to allow me to visit that day. They adjusted their schedule to make sure I got my treatment as soon as possible before the holidays, which I'm quite grateful for.

I've been getting other treatments after that and they've always been attentive and transparent.

I have been a patient for more than 2 years now. Very clean, cozy office but the state of the art machine is in place. Dr. Lee and the staff members are very kind and friendly. Dr. Lee is always patient and explain well regards my treatments. She always does a great job including implants and cleanings. I am happy to become a patient of hers. Highly recommend place.

One of my molar filling fell off during vacation so I had to get an emergency treatment from Dr Lee. Despite busy holiday period, Dr Lee and her staff took their time explaining to me what to expect during the procedure and the risk involved given the size of of my filling. Entire process was smooth and she made sure my bite felt comfortable with the new filling. Didn’t have any sensitivity afterwards.

However, Dr. Lee was very transparent about the costs so I was able to make an informed decision and proceeded. The actual deep scaling procedure went very smoothly and efficiently. She was so patient and cleaned so much without causing any pain. My gum condition improved greatly and I felt much much better afterwards. My visit to this dental clinic was by far the most pleasant. Dr. Lee and the staff members were very kind and genuine. I had a good laugh there. Dr. Lee kindly took her time to explain to me why I was having dental concern. She made sure I had a clear understanding of my oral health before I begin the treatment. My visit was more than a mere treatment - it was an informative and educational visit really. She also never pushed for any unnecessary treatments but rather gave me tips on how I could maintain my oral health I can practice in daily life. Dr. Lee is amazing. Professional, kind, and helpful. When I come in for checkup and treatments, she always takes time to explain the condition of my teeth and the process of treatment. I have been going to this clinic for over three years now and I have had only good experience. The reception staff is good as well. Very accommodating with my schedule and concerns.

I visited here last week for dental check-up and cleaning. And everyone was friendly and made me feel relieved. (Best one ever) I was so worried for my gingivitis. When the dentist checked my teeth, she was so thorough. I was so concerned if loss of my gum bone was in progress. After examination, it turned out to be not the worst case so it made my day. And the price was reasonable. For me, 2 small xray and full cleaning(first visit) cost me less than $300. Everyone is different though!! I will come back 6 month later for sure!
