Recently purchased a 2000 ML430 from Tom and the entire experience from start to finish was second to none. Purchasing a 20+ year old vehicle, I wasn’t expecting perfection, but the condition of the vehicle far exceeded my expectations. Everyone was fantastic to deal with and the whole process was smooth and easy. I highly recommend Euro Pacific for anyone looking for a quality product and exceptional service.

Just purchased a 2014 land rover from Tom and his lovely Wife. The experience was excellent I traveled a pretty good distance for the SUV and Tom even held the car for me so I could come and see it before purchasing. I was in and out of the dealership in roughly 45 minutes. Tom was knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with all the controls before I left the lot. I highly recommend!

Just purchased my first Mercedes from Tom. From the moment I contacted him, to the sale of the vehicle, I felt no pressure, and was treated very well. The vehicle was immaculate and when there was a small issue, Tom saw that it was fixed immediately. My parents have purchased a smart car from Tom around 5 months ago and It had a minor issue with the headlights.

My parents do not speak English very well and I could not be there due to work. However, Tom was able to help them out with patience and due care. Most of all, the issue was not even covered under the warranty but Tom help them out without any charges.

I would highly recommend this dealership because of Tom and his customer service. Thank you again!

Original 2015 review: I recently purchased a pre-owned Volvo XC90 from Tom at Euro Pacific and can not stop telling everyone about the great service and quality of the vehicles that Tom is selling. From the first moment we met Tom until I drove off the lot, the service has been top notch. Tom and his wife obviously take great pride in their inventory, their shop and office.

I will definitely be coming back when it comes time to replace my other car.

Dec 2021 Update: I still own my XC90 after nearly 7 years. It’s the longest I’ve owned a car and she still runs like a dream. The only repair we’ve had to do other than normal maintenance is a wheel bearing replacement. Thanks again Tom!

After buying my Mercedes ML350 from Tom well over a year ago, I decided to buy a BMW X3 from Tom, and once again, the entire process was seamless. Tom stands behind what he sells and is extremely supportive in a non-pressure way. I now have two vehicles I purchased from him in my carport. I also love the Lubrico Superior Warranty that comes with the vehicles he sells and the fact that his cars come with new brakes and tires.

Last year I purchased my 2003 Mercedes 500SL from Tom at Euro Pacific Motors. The car has been a joy to drive and I have had no issues with it.
Tom provided excellent service and has also been very helpful with my questions.
