I first worked with Alliance to trade in my vehicle back in 2022, and then got in an accident that wrote that vehicle off a year later. I didn't hesitate to reach out to Alliance again because my first experience with them was so amazing. My second experience was even better! They work so hard to help you and get you what you need. Hopefully this is my last time having to get a new vehicle for a while, but if I ever have to again I would for sure work with Alliance again! And I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs help getting a vehicle!

Valerie and everyone at alliance motors are amazing. They genuinely listen to what you want and make it happen. Val doesn't just care about getting you into a vehicle she cares about improving your credit and also making sure you're gonna be looked after in the long run. Would give 10 stars if possible.

I went to Alliance Motor Cars looking for a specific vehicle at a reasonable price. Basil helped me through the whole purchase process, and was very patient and accommodating. He has a laidback sales style and I never felt pressured. The 3rd party inspection came through with flying colors and I was helped through insurance, warranty, and they even gave me a new key and fob for the truck.

My 2016 Nissan Frontier made it up to Fort St. John with a smooth ride the whole way. I highly recommend Basil and the team at Alliance Mirrors for your next vehicle purchase!

Wow this place is bar none the best dealership to work with I have ever experienced and heard of. My case was not an easy one I had a few issues at the start with bad credit small downpayment and they assured me they would fix me up, and all the way to the end I had issues with icbc and jesse made it such a stressful situation into something that I left at ease, and in a new vehicle. He even went as far as giving us pointers how to fix our credit over the next year and was so kind. Any questions we had and asked, and asked again he made sure we fully understood and we felt comfortable with that decision. Oh ya did I mention I also live in kelowna! So not only us living hours away he still did everything he could for us to be happy. This is now our second vehicle with them and not our last. We cant say enough about motor alliance and how they conduct themselves and how much pride they have in making sure it's done right for each customer. They have a ridiculous amount of vehicles to choose from. I give them 10 stars! On top of everything I said one more bonus factor they have a wicked referral plan so definitely ask then about that! Hardeep seriously came through for me. Not only did he get my dream car, nearly new, in amazing condition, for a FANTASTIC price; he went and had it custom wrapped for me and included it in the cost. Very positive car buying experience at Alliance. No hassle and fair trade-in offer that I think both sides came out happy. No lengthy negotiation process nor any hidden fees that traditional car dealerships would add on at the Financing Manager's office. Had an amazing experience with Besil while selling my old car.
I had ordered a new Tesla and visited 4 different dealerships to get quotes and advices. Unlike others who required 30 minutes of my time + photos + test drives, Basil just needed two minutes to look at my car and talk to me to give me the best price.
Besil was also very patient with me when Tesla kept delaying my delivery which led to me breaking the promise with him for dropping my car off.
He never rushed me and was always professional every time I reached out.
Besil is an asset to the team and I will recommend my friends and family members to pay him a visit if they are looking to sell/buy pre-owned vehicles.

I can happily recommend Alliance Motors. We dealt with Basil and he was great. Very relaxed approach while still being professional and helpful every step of the way. We were concerned about a potential engine issue after the sale had already been concluded. Basil linked us up with a mechanic and made sure it was sorted out (it turned out to be a minor issue). I was impressed with how available Basil made himself, always returning our calls and messages ASAP. Very reassuring when you are buying a car.
