We had a great experience. I called to inquire about a car we found online, and the financing portion was completely in just minutes.
Less than 48 hours from that phone call, John took the vehicle over to meet us on the island and we signed the transfer forms etc. and went on our way.
It was a fast and very painless experience, we love our new Kona EV and we would absolutely use this dealership again when we're ready to replace our ICE vehicle.

I informed DriveCo that we were coming from the US and had some challenges regarding transportation. Jay promptly arranged to have my wife and daughter picked up at the airport and driven to the dealership for their test drive. Amazing experience - start to finish! Jay and his team fully had my back through the whole process. Jay and his staff did great. I purchased a 2022 Dodge Ram 1500 for my company. I explained my business and income and the staff made sure I got what i was looking for. I had a situation with the truck, (not their fault) they did everything to help me which i was very happy with. I'm looking at purchasing another car for everyday driving and based on my expriences, conversation with the management, this dealership is the location I'll be dealing with. Jay and his team (sorry staff too many name to list) kinda operate like old school style. No pressure sales, work with me and I work with you, lets get the deal done but this is how we have to do it, and its done. They have many good used cars there and I think if they dont have it, I'm sure they can help you get it. No slimey sales people here, just good old fashion style sales people, know how to get it done. They also have a nice collection of older vipers for sale.

This is one of the best experiences I have had with any car dealership…ever. I bought a car from DriveCo which I ended up not liking. …I just had a different expectation of the car. I noticed a few days later that there was a car that Driveco had recently brought in, and I wanted to test drive that particular car and possibly purchase it if everything worked out. After some communication with Jay (the GM), he had me come and take my time with the car I was considering. After a short period of time in conversation, Jay offered to take the car I did not want back, at the price I bought it for, and he allowed me purchase the car I really wanted. Dealerships usually will not do this. I have never had such great experience at any dealership. DriveCo cares about the customer experience more than making money off customers. They understand that one happy client will create trust and bring in more clients.

Start your experience with Mo, because I cant not explain how seamless he made my experience getting into a 2022 Tesla. He was able to get me approved via text while I was at work and had the vehicle washed and ready for me by the time i was off. Less than an hour being at the dealership; Him and his team had me insured and driving off the lot. Thanks' once again Grayson, Mo and Taj for making this process beyond easy for me.

Robby found me the perfect car , and was very patient with me. We went through a ton of texts and pictures and when all was said and done it was delivered. Just took it on a 1400 km trip yesterday and it was great.
