Came over from the island to buy a new car. Fantastic experience! ICBC was down the day we bought the car, but Tony kept is in the loop and updated all day, then met us to open Sunday to get it done! He even offered to deliver to the island if ICBC was still down when we had to get back!

This is the best dealership in the area. I have bought two vehicles from them and both times the experience has been very smooth and pleasant. Both Tony and Sam were straightforward on the vehicle as well as final price and trade in value. No hidden fees and no attempts to promise unrealistic things (like other dealers were trying to do), just clear communication and honesty.

Tony is fabulous guy

I bought a 2001 safari van off Tony after a week i noticed a growling noise from the rear end , Tony took care of it and had new berrings put in delivered to the shop and picked it up, he went out of his way to make sure i was happy, a verry profesional and stand up guy, 5 stars!

I'm leaving two stars for one reason and one reason only: Tony was not pushy. He didn't babble on about how great the car is like most dealers do. That being said, the Milano misidentified the car (claiming it was the highest trim level when it was the second lowest trim model), failed to even attempt to detail the car (engine bay full of leaves, dirt...), tires were flat, and had we not known what to look for on the car we would have bought a lemon. Oil was burning off the engine after a ten minute test drive. No attempt to offer to repair the vehicle to retain a customer.
