I had such a fun workout at Vibes! It was the perfect length and level of challenge - I felt energized and had a great rest of my day. Elliot and the other class members were so friendly too! The small class sizes are awesome - I got lots of helpful tips and personalized feedback from Elliot. I will for sure be back! :)

Great exercise on (adjustable) vibrating platform. Classes are varied, with intensity suited to regular returning participants. Trainer Elliot brings sensitivity, awareness, knowledge, and fun to a compact workout. AND they have a wonderful, reasonably-priced infra-red sauna. Ask me if I’m happy. 😊

Vibes is for everyone whether you like a quick intense work out or you want to work on your balance and core strength. Elliot makes it fun, yes that's right exercise can be fun!

Great gym downtown. Good variety of equipment, free weights, machines, cardio, turf and studios. Clean facilities, nice change room with lockers and showers. Monthly rates with no enrolment fees. Friendly staff.

The workouts were good, they can make it as difficult as you want them to. A trainer is guiding you everytime you are there. The hours were not great.
