Lovely meditation space with open sitting sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays.

Great place for meditation. They have by donation public meditation sit downs on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings. They have an open house in Wednesday evenings so new comers can learn the shambhala way. The sessions are followed by one of the seasoned members giving a talk and prompting the group with thoughtful questions to engage in conversation.

They always have courses for level 1 shambhala and up!

I love the teachings and the work the centre does - I've subscribed to the online courses and find I get so much out of this. I'm just extremely grateful that they are so close by.
