Great White Car & Truck Wash

Today is my first time visiting this car wash since we moved and I am very satisfied with my experience! It’s clean, well maintained and the staff are friendly. I always used the self-serve for my SUV. High (warm) water pressure. Big seven bays. You will not be pressured to wash your car quickly because no one is behind you waiting unlike in Chaparral. Easy to navigate in and out. Everything worked well. I will definitely be back!!

Been visiting their business for almost a month now and it’s been amazing and satisfying. They have a good offer of automatic washes and are reasonably priced. People are very welcoming and enthusiastic, and just earlier, the guy Michael handed over another freebies. Highly recommended!

What a pleasure. We arrived back from wintering in Arizona. The drive back was wet and messy and the coach was covered with road grime. Ahead of us was a truck towing a flat bed trailer loaded with a skid steer and all very muddy. Once he was finished I felt like leaving to find a different place to wash our coach. There was no attempt to clean up the piles of mud left behind. I didn't have a pair of rubber boots that I thought would be need to deal with the clumps of dirt and mud left behind. Before I could shift into reverse an attendant arrived and asked if we could just wait a few minutes while he cleaned up the mess. I didn't get his name but Gold Star for him today! Rotten apples to the jerk that left the mess behind.

Great hours, clean bays, equipment is excellent working order, friendly bay staff and front desk staff as well as reasonably priced. Good car wash location. Perfect spot for larger truck cleaning.

Things seem like they’ve been looked after here. I was getting pretty frustrated with the maintenance of the facility and seemed to be wasting my time every time I came. However my last experience was as good as I could have asked for. There was soap, water pressure, the guns weren’t all twisted and needing a service, the bay I chose wasn’t out of order. Keep it up and I’ll see you next week!

This is a well overdue review. I think when I first visited I put a 5 star with no description. After maybe 100 visits now, I can happily say this is the carwash for me. There's self serve options for cars, trucks, and semitrucks. A full 53foot semi can fit easily in their bays. There's also 2 autowashes, which are pretty good but I prefer to wandwash myself. The water pressure is always great, warm water too. There is presoak, spray soap, soap brush(don't use it on your paint please people), trifoam soap, rainx spray, wheel cleaner, and vacuums. I am someone who takes their time washing and it usually comes to about $15(same as an auto wash which is nice that I'm not spending $30 on a wandwash. The team there is great. If there's ever an issue, it gets fixed immediately and I've never seen any washbays closed. Overall, I love this place and look forward to many more washes, and pictures of my shiny Bella. Best Truck Wash in Calgary!!!
I was really impressed by the water Pressure, The volume of water coming out, 1 wand extends 360 around a Semi Truck&Trailer. Their Truck wash bays are huge probably the widest in the city. The price isn't bad i've seen other places charge much more for much less.

I was washing a Dump Truck full of dirt and mud in every nook and corner. Because their wand is long and has a high pressure made my job so much easier. Also because their bays are very wide i didn't get as much mud and dirt splashed back at me.

I bought a $100 charge card and $10 was added on to the card for free.

3 young men at the counter who seemed attentive, As i was washing my Truck i saw them walking around bays doing clean up.

Good options and decent amount of wash bays. Weekends can be busy when the weather is nice but has a tendency to move quickly. Good customer service from the folks who work there. Sometimes giving out dash wipes and air fresheners. Super excited for their Mahogany location to open.

Hands down the best wash in the city. Im on my 3rd great white pass. The value cant be beat. Others try but fail. Quality clean and even hits it with the tire shine.

Took my Subie here and I had an extremely happy experience and they definitely gained a weekly customer! Bays are HUGE and extremely clean. Had the pleasure to talk to Sunny and Faraz and they were super chill to talk with! Excellent customer service and definitely my go to place for my weekly car washes!

I love this car wash! It‘a hands down the best car wash place in the SE. I like the whole shark and reef theme. I went there a few days ago and there was a big lineup outside the self-serve bays and two employees came out and gave each car a dashboard wipe, car freshener and and a list of their packages. I thought that was really nice given the long line. I’ve been wanting to try the touch less automatic car wash and after seeing so many vehicles go through it with club cards while I was waiting in line I’m definitely going to give it a try next time. Overall, this is a great car wash and worth checking out!

Come here every week to wash company vehicles as well as my personal. They have a great express auto wash. They also have self-serve as well for the larger vehicles, or if you want to do extra cleaning on the interior. Staff is awesome to deal with! Really recommend checking them out

This place never disappoints. My car always come sparkling, clean out of the automatic wash.

I have been coming here for a year since I moved here and have never reviewed it before because I thought hey, it’s just a car wash. However, recently, when I have been going in the evenings, there has been a lot of great staff around. For instance, the other night a super helpful and enthusiastic young guy named Michael told me all about their monthly wash packages. Right after my wash which they gave me at no charge I went in and signed up where another super helpful young man named Mark got my account sorted out for me. It was a quick and easy process.

Unfortunately, there were some issues with my sticker when I tried to come back the next couple days. They had told me my account was in order and that if it happens again to just give them a call and someone will come out and help me right away which leads me to how I met a super helpful other young man who works there named Jamie. There was a really long line behind me. Jamie came out let me in to the wash and told me to come see him afterwards when I went in after he already had everything up and had figured out what the issue was.

This review is all to say it may just be a car wash, but this particular car wash has a whole team of young enthusiastic workers that make it a stand out experience. I never considered how customer service would factor in to an automatic car wash, but hey, I guess I was wrong. Being able to speak to someone when there is an issue instead of having to deal with voicemails and emails to try and get things sorted made all the difference.

Great car wash with great prices! Automatic and self serve options I honestly enjoy both. When I want to spoil my car in self serve or quickly run through the automatic side! The automatic side has always gotten all the tough to get places I find a lot of automatic car washes won’t get! 10/10 recommend 😊

Car wash is always fast and staff are super friendly and easy to get help.

I have been going to great white wash since it has opened. I usually wash my one truck at least once a week in the wand wash. I have brought it in after being away for work , and experienced clean bays and lots of wand pressure. The only problem I have had is sometimes the machine in the wash bay has problems reading my credit card most times although I always get it to work. Overall it is my favorite car wash in Calgary. If I had one suggestion to make , it would be to carry high quality detailing products such as adams , or chemical guys. Staff is always kind and respectful. 10/10 for keeping my rigs clean.

Had a great experience there at Great White Car and Truck Wash!! Getting so many compliments on my shiny new washed car now! ! I’ve never loved a car wash experience more! Staff is so friendly and amazing too, that kind young manager guy, Mac or Mitch or something like that, he helped me out real nice guy, man kids these days are so helpful! Will definitely be going back to Great White Car and Truck Wash to see the staff again and get a great shiny wash!!

I wish I remembered the staff members names who helped me and my vehicle so they can be commended for their great service.

The person who helped explain how they work suggested I take advantage of their membership and helped me trouble shoot the fact that I was a bike rack away from being able to go through their automatic wash. She even asked the attendant to help remove the bike rack. The car attendant took 5 minutes to assist me and we were ready to wash.

My thanks to them both !

I feel with one wash a week it will more than pay for the membership and I love doing business with places that have such wonderful front line staff..
