I have been to this location before and everything is made to order. Pleasant staff, clean bathrooms and plenty of plug ins for customers.

I have been here quite a few times for my business meetings. I like staff, always prompt and smiling.

Ordered and came straight to our daughters curling. They made a mistake & used cream v. milk so when I called to confirm sugar v. sweetener wasn’t messed up (critical info) Josie found out when I’d been there and was able to figure out which was my order and validated it was sweetener. She also said to swing by and get a new one when I was done watching the kiddos curl and apologized for the cream mix up. She went above and beyond. Nothing but great things to say about this location. Whoever is doing the hiring and motivating these service industry professionals is doing an amazing job!

I always try to go to the 14 St/Panorama location over another location closer to my house. They’re always so efficient and anything I get is the reliable Tim’s quality.

My go to breakfast place in Chestermere! The staff is really nice and accommodating, as well as the manager. I was sitting at the tables with my friends, and he came up to us and started talking to us, he is a very humble and modest individual. My food is always delivered up to my standards, bottom line they deserve the 5 star rating!!

Clean, comfortable, and a great view of the lake in the summer. They have these really comfortable chairs you can hang out in and watch the world go by with a donut and a coffee/hot chocolate.

The staff has always been friendly and quick about getting quality food out. I go here very often and I have yet to have a bad experience.

Amazing customer service,quick order delivery, correct order made, clean store, more variety of Bakery than other Tim hortons I have had a chance to visit, fast and accurate drive thru. Ticks all the boxes. Thank you management for training the team right and thank you all the people working at this timmy to make the coffee moment right. Will revisit and reccomend.

This tims feels pretty special. it feels like an old timey diner , pretty quiet inside and the employees are very nice. there is even this nice young man named Christian or cristian?. and he got my coffee and he had a smile the whole time. im not from around here but if I ever decide to come back i will definitely be making another stop here. Keep up the great work!!
