I honestly thought I had a 5% chance on getting a waiver to the US based on my lenghty criminal records of fraud. But I'm all about the long shots. So I went to Ken based on a friends referral. He gave me a lengthy to do list and within a few months I brought him back the package of stuff he asked me to bring him. Then we submitted. A few months later I got a 5 year US entry waiver. He's literally Vancouver's best kept secrete and is amazing as a lawyer and punctual and very fair priced and helps you threw out any subject even after the fact of you paid him and his job is done. I recommend him to everyone I know and has a record. Peoples misconception on criminal records are that they think they can never enter the US. This is not the case. When I submitted to the border my package I asked the border guards what my chances were to get the waiver. The border guard told me that everyone is eligible to get a waiver excluding child pornography or child molesters which should be burned alive anyways. Lol. He is defiantly someone I would recommend and do all the time.
