Brian was very empathic when picking up my beloved poodle from home. The women at the office were very helpful. Julie put together the shadow box portrait and did a beautiful job. I also appreciated the private room for an intimate goodbye while our dog lay in a basket and soft blanket. Losing a pet after 17 years is not easy, but Pet Friends allowed me to give him the goodbye he deserved.

I was treated with so much empathy and kindness when I inquired with Nos Copains after the sudden passing of my cat Kevin Bacon. They picked him up from our home since we didn't have enough time to get him to a vet. They wrapped him up in blankets so gently and carried him out as if he were still alive. I tear up as I write this because I loved my cat so much, and to see people treat him this way, with love like I do, made the process so much easier. I can't express enough how much gratitude I have for that.
This will never be easy, and I can't imagine this job isn't without its emotions too. Nos copains clearly cares about people and their pets, and I would recommend them to anyone.

This business was a pleasure to deal with during an extremely difficult time and facilitated the process of having our greyhound pass peacefully at home. They were very compassionate. Phenomenal company from beginning til end. One of the hardest experiences to go through and they were compassionate from our very first phone call. Very quickly we were able to bring our dog O’malley home after his private cremation. You can tell they absolutely care. I lost my kitten Onyx on January 6, 2022. Nos Copains are just amazing. The services they provide are phenomenal, and they truly care about what we as pet owners who have lost their babies are going through. Our sweet Milou crossed the rainbow bridge a week before Christmas. We were devastated :-( Petfriends assisted us in making the funeral arrangements. Everyone there were patient, kind, compassionate and helped us get through this difficult time. We couldn't have asked for a better place. They were very professional yet very human. Pet Friends have made the heartbreaking experience of saying goodbye to our Minina into a peaceful one. We did not feel rushed and were given the time we needed to part with our pet. We did not feel guilted or pressured into anything. Diane and Julie have been sweethearts. Professional yet caring and so human. Something that is very much needed and appreciated in a time like this.

There’s never a good time to part-with and say goodbye to a pet / long-time companion. Pet Friends have been very professional, compassionate, caring people. Averil and staff have been there for me and my animals. Supporting me through very difficult time. They care about animals and they helped me through the whole process. I miss my 2 beloved dogs and 2 beloved bunnies. I recommend Pet Friends 100% they have a lot of respect towards the animals and the owners. Thank you for your support Averil and everything you did to help me with my grievings.

The ladies here are very kind and compassionate. They took good care of our cat Oreo and provided a very good service for the price. I only hope that I am treated as well when I finally go.

Our dog passed away on the Thursday. Originally we were dealing with the vet on Pierrefonds who was going to take 3 weeks to process the cremation and delivery of our beloved dog. We reached out to Nos Copains for a quicker and more efficient way, and within 1 hour of our call they came to pick up our dog from the vet in Pierrefonds and brought them to their cremation center. Within 2 days, we got our dog back in our home and family.

First and foremost we would like to say thank you to Chantal, Kevin and to all staff of PetFriends as well as the owner your generosity, compassionate, thoughtfulness, understanding, sympathy and respect are above and beyond during this difficult time. Our baby girl "CHI' was cremated on Jan. 30, 2020 she died on my birthday Jan. 22 due to a rare reaction of anesthesia during her spayed surgery. She's 5 months old kitten very beautiful and gentle pet. We love her dearly and she'll be missed. My family and I had a private cremation for our dearest Chi and the quality of service from start explaining the procedures to finish was outstanding. I recommend PetFriends to everyone, you won't regret it. Highly recommended, thumbs up.

From explaining procedures as we started to prepare for our cat’s demise to picking up her remains.
