BC Wide is the company you go to for your heating needs. They are the best heating contractor in town and they are worth every penny. I recently had a water tank installed and they did a very quick and thorough job. Prompt service by the best technician ( Joe) who is so pleasant to deal with and explains every step of the maintenance procedure. None better.

BC Wide did an excellent job of installing a new furnace, ac unit and thermostat in our house. The foreman was most helpful in setting out in layman's language the options for our consideration. He took a pragmatic approach to our needs and preferences.The work crew was on time, tidy, and meticulous.
But the best endorsement comes from the municipal inspector, who was just here here recently. He said this work was done to a very professional standard. High praise indeed.

I have used this company for a number of years. They installed my new furnace in the fall of 2019 and have come back to clean and service the furnace in 2020 and 2021.
They are reliable in their timing, and very professional in the work that they perform. Everything was left neat and tidy.
When arriving to service the furnace, they wore facemasks and took all necessary precautions in the house.

Highly recommend BC Wide Home Services for their prompt, professional and friendly service. They made applying for the Fortis BC rebate easy by helping us navigate the process, and extended our warranty by 5 years by helping us register the furnace. Our older house made it a more tricky installation, but not a problem for BC Wide....they got our new installation up and running within one day of us calling them!

We have been very pleased with them, from the two individuals on the phone to the 3 workers providing the hands on service. They are always prompt and communicative. Ferzad from BC Wide in Vancouver installed a new furnace in our old house yesterday and he did an outstanding job. What a friendly, organized, qualified professional technician! It took him 11 hours(as old furnace needed to be cut out of the small space) and he never stopped.

Our old furnace stopped working. I contacted BC Wide Home Services, and they were able to come the next morning and get it running until they installed a new furnace within two days. The service was professional and efficient. Place left clean and old furnace removed. I would highly recommend BC Wide Home Services.

Ferzad was here to fix a plumbing leak on our kitchen ceiling and changed our hot water tank and furnace. He was patient enough to answer all my questions and comfort me when I felt stressed about the condition of our furnace as I have a toddler and was shocked at the state of the old furnace. He was able to change it quickly [ next day ] and spent all day fixing our furnace and tank so that we would have clean air and a warm house in the middle of November. He was also able to speak to the owner of our rental to discuss our concerns which was extremely helpful as we needed it fixed asap. I highly recommend BC WIDE and Ferzad as a technician if you need someone who is friendly, kind and skilled to help you in your home.

I have used BC wide services for a few years now. They serviced then eventually replaced our furnance and today we upgraded to an energy efficient hot water system. They set us up on the paperwork to apply for the rebate which is super helpful.

We received excellent service for the both duct cleaning and hot water tank replacement from BC Wide Services. Joe, Edgar and Ali were prompt, professional and efficient. Joe explained our options with patience and helped us make the right decision. This is the second time we use their services, and will do so in the future.

The technician, Yad, replaced my furnace on Saturday, March 30 2019. I was very pleased with his promptness, knowledge, friendliness and timely finishing of the installation. He also was helpful with the rebate form and other explanations. I was more than happy with the service and I certainly recommend this company.

I called on a Monday to have my Hot Water tank replaced in my Condo unit, and they were able to accommodate me by Wednesday
The install and take away, all within 2 hours
I should also mention, I called another Provider, and they were not able to beat the prices that BC Wide offered!
