As a long-time customer of Holt Renfrew, I've always been impressed by their commitment to customer service. However, my recent experience with Sofia and Emma at the concierge desk truly exceeded my expectations.

From the moment I approached the desk, Sofia and Emma were nothing but kind and welcoming. Their knowledge of the store and its offerings was truly impressive. They were able to answer all my questions and even gave me some great product recommendations.

I recently visited holt renfrew to get a new winter jacket in the evening. The staff who helped me was patient, had good sense of fashion and showed me a lot of styles that would look good on my body. I was able to purchase a really pretty jacket and got so much compliments! Very happy with my experience :)

The salesman with glasses who helped me with a tote bag on the third floor was the NICEST employee ive ever encountered at holt renfrew. Usually I avoid going to luxury shops because they usually stare you down and judge but he was super nice answered my questions and was fun to talk to. Has great experience and went above and beyond to go look for the bag I wanted to see even though I was not certain if I wanted to buy that colour. Next time i go to holt renfrew i will definetly go look for him to help me! The guy on the second floor also directed me on where to find the tote bags he was also very friendly! I will definetly come back to this location

Great sale on luxury handbags and half the price or less then going direct. Also the paper towel in the washroom is divine.

I've been shopping at Holt Renfrew for decades but never received the level of customer service I got today by Ryan Branch, a Manager at Holt Renfrew Bloor street in Toronto. This person truly embodies what it means to provide luxury customer service. I have had not so great experiences at Holts before but this person redeemed the brand for me. Caring, dedicated, prompt response. I am impressed - and I don’t impress easily. As an entrepreneur, if I had a customer service job open right now, this is the kind of person I'd hire in a heart beat. Careful Holts... im keeping my eye on this one!

The finest luxury goods are found in this store! The sales associates are pleasant and helpful. If you’re in the mood to spoil yourself and you have cash burning a hole in your pocket, then this is the place to be.
