George and Sam work hard to ensure you understand what you’re buying, the optional warranty and much more. George is a real pro - responds quickly and is very proactive and transparent. And oh yes, very charming too! George made the buying experience smooth and simple. Even though I had to purchase the car online and sight unseen, I felt confident in him and Auto Gallery. I definitely recommend Auto Gallery as a solid alternative to the plastic experience at a “name dealership.”

I just recently sold my car with George at Auto Gallery and upgraded and purchased a new one from them.

The process was seamless and easy and George is AMAZING to work with. He is super friendly and patient and is extremely accommodating. He has been very transparent and communicative in regards to all the logistics with my new car purchase and has made this process an enjoyable and stress free one.

I was looking for a high end convertible as a retirement present to myself. Made an appointment and went to the showroom with a friend who knows this specific car as he has a newer model. Met with George, no pressure at all, very decent gentleman (along with Sam) and found the car in great shape. George encouraged us to take the car for a drive even though the showroom was very full, they moved the car outside for the drive. The car sold itself once driven. George was very accommodating, struck the deal. Price was very fair, very easy to complete the transaction. I would not hesitate at this time to deal with them again. Thank you George and Sam!

Came across my baby boy “Carson” 😂 via CarGurus and sent a contact to Auto Gallery.
Of all the places I messaged - they were the only responsive dealership. George was very accommodating and flexible with my questions and financial requirements in purchasing my first car.
The process was pretty smooth.
I’d recommend them to anyone based on customer service , knowledge, pricing and credibility.

I was more than impressed with the quality of the cars protected from the elements in their warehouse style showroom. Lots of Audis & BMW’s and a Porsche or 2. My beauty that they found was not just another Prius but a green licensed version called a 2013 Prius plug-in which was Toyota’s first generation PHEV made till 2015. Next generation has the Prime designation with battery double the size of mine. Toyota only made 75,000 of these PHEV’s from 2012-2015, about 50,000 for the US and maybe 4,000 for Canada. These cars are as rare as hen’s teeth. Were only 2 in Canada and they had one. Amazing car with 16 kms limit on driving in EV mode . Ideal for Toronto.
Anyway I love this car. George made it easy to buy!! He answered all my never ending questions. They’re a class outfit. Would buy another car for my daughter if he can find one. If he doesn’t have it there ask him to find you what you want. He has the resources to find it. Know that’s more than just looking just through Auto Trader.

This is my first ever google review, but my family and I were so pleased with the service that we thought we should leave one.
My family and I had recently gotten into a car accident and were looking for a new car, as our old one was beyond repair. We searched for two months before we finally came across a car listed by Auto Gallery on CarGurus. Seeing the listing, it was everything we needed and seemed almost too good to be true (good mileage (below 50 000 km), amazing price, and many clear pictures). The only concern we had about the car was the year (2013), but looking at the pictures, it seemed to us the vehicle was well taken care of. Our budget was $18 000 (but we were looking for under because we needed to buy some winter tires for the season as well as rust proofing), and the car was listed for $14 900! So we emailed Auto Gallery and set a day to go in to see the car (a 2013 Nissan Maxima). It had a few small dents and very minimal rusting, but nothing that would have prevented us from buying the vehicle. Overall, the car was in really good condition. The engine sounded good and the interior was clean and well kept. We decided we were going to buy this car.
George made purchasing the car very simple and easy. He explained to us what we needed to bring in clear terms and was not hesitant to explain to us anything we were unsure of. We never felt he was rushing the process or pushing us to buy the car. He was helpful and honest. After paying the deposit and going home, a few days later, George also offered to give us winter tires that were barely used. He charged an affordable price for both the tires and service to have them put on. So we accepted his offer.
The day came for us to pick up the car. We paid the remainder of the price and received the ownership. George drove it outside for us and, because he knew we had been in an accident, he made sure we were all comfortable and relaxed, even adjusting the seat for our mom (the driver). Overall, we had a pleasant experience with George and would not hesitant to go back if we ever look for a new car again.

We just purchased a used car from Auto Gallery and our experience was excellent. George gave us all the space and time we needed for examining the vehicle without the typical high-pressure sales pitch - he let the vehicle to do the talking. When we approached him with our questions, he went the extra mile to make sure that we had all of the answers we needed.

Buying a car can be a stressful time, but George (and Auto Gallery's owner Sam) did an excellent job in dialing back that stress so that we could focus on making the right decision. We were looking to buy a Audi A3 hatchback and came across one at Auto Gallery. While we have not made a decision, yet, our experience with George was fantastic. Been looking for a used car for my 2 boys for months. I am from the Windsor area and had no luck, so I decided to use the Auto Trader site and found the Auto Gallery in Toronto. We meet one of the Reps named “George”, he was fantastic right from the start. A true “ Gentleman “ old school type of guy, “Genuine”. His knowledge and understanding what his customer needs and wants is exceptional. He is a good listener and provides you with all the options, I felt very comfortable with George. I bought my boys a 300 Mercedes-Benz. George and his crew had that car in top shape which was confirmed by my mechanic. He to was impressed with the vehicles he saw in the garage and the “Professionalism” George gave. No question George made this deal a Great Experience
