Always an amazing experience! I order all of my Russian books exclusively from this store and never had an issue. The staff are always very friendly, very helpful and professional! I frequently come in to pick up my online orders and every single employee has been kind and helpful!

It was my first time in the store.Besides great selection of souvenirs, books, china , the jewelry collection is simply outstanding. Amazing Russian artefact and book store. Prices are very reasonable and the workers are so friendly and helpful. I felt like I had visited Moscow for a brief moment.

I love this store, particularly their book section. They have a great selection of Russian books (and books in Russian). The ladies working there are very helpful when it comes to recommending books for different tastes and ages.

I like this store and staff who are working in any of areas in Ttoyka. The are very friendly, respectful and given a good advice when you need.
My favourite area in this store of course is books. All sales associates like to help customers and find a good right book for adult and kid. They will with you all the time when you are looking , checking, and sometimes reading the book. I never have any problems to fined or order books what I like or what I want and all the time I have a good and professional advice from sakes associates.

A shop to go to get unique gifts and jewellery. It has everything to bring your spirits up: from books to sauna accessories.

Big thanks to the store and especially Books department associate Lena! My grandson is tri-lingual and lives out of province, so getting books for him is hit-and-miss. Lena was very attentive, went with me throughout the whole department, and selected books that would be interesting both as language educational material and for kids reading.
She highly recommended book "Котёнок по имени Гав". This book is so good! It soon became favorite not only for my grandson, but also for his cousins who speak English and Chinese only. Thank you so much Lena and Troyka!

This is my go to place to buy Russian souvenirs in Toronto! I always buy presents for my friends and family here and they adore them. Also, they have a great selection of jewelry and headscarfs. If you want to get a lot of compliments, you should definitely buy them! And don't even get me started on books and board games!!!
