I had been shopping everywhere for a vehicle but was having a hard time getting approved for the one i really wanted! It was a pleasure dealing with Bram who was able to get me into a Mercedes! He was very polite and made the process a lot easier. He had the banks make a ton of exceptions in my favour to get me the best deal. I really appreciate that Bram. The car is amazing and i love it, it looked brand new when it showed up at my door, will definitely recommend all my friends and family to you!

I was looking to downsize from a Ford F-150 to an SUV. The Finacing Officer Andrew knew exactly what I wanted and got me the best deal from the Dealership, the Best Bank Financing and a real good warranty for less than I expected. I was amazed at how Andrew actioned the process, keeping me informed at all steps along the way and from Start to Finish, Andrew handled everything. I live about two (2) hours from the dealership and in 4 days I was driving my new Vehicle. Purchased my Model 3 Tesla from this dealership in January. The process was easier than i thought and the car was in immaculate shape when it arrived. The dealership even had the charger installed at my house with no extra cost.
don’t believe the false reviews as my experience with this dealership was nothing but pleasant.

I filled out an application on the Montero Auto Centre , on Monday Feb 12th.
I received a call the next day and I spoke with the Financial Manager . He asked me a few questions regarding my application, and literally a couple hours later the same day I received a call back from him and he got me an approval.

I was able to start the application/paperwork process & they were able to deliver my car that same week on Friday February 16th. I’m so grateful and thankful for all the help, especially the circumstances that they had to work with in my case & I don’t regret my decision! They are very transparent throughout the process and filled me in on every detail. Thank you Montero Auto Centre team !

All in all a great experience. Bought a car from Sunny a few months ago and i'm glad i did. Had a bad experience at another dealership, but Montero Auto restored my faith in dealerships. They made the experience as painless as possible. Thanks Montero!!

I recently purchased a truck from Luis Puente and he found it for me privately it was the exact truck I wanted and this guy went above and beyond for me and I'm happy that I got to purchase through him as every other dealership I was dealing with was offering me SUVs and sedans that I didn't want. Luis P. the sales person Is a liar, he promised me a 1 year guarantee on my vehicle and things started going wrong about 2.5 - 3 months after I got it and his words, even though I have in writing he will guarantee any repairs for 1 year were “ I don’t owe you anything”. He wanted me to drive 2 hours to get it fixed and not cover it, they sell junk!!!!!! I would NOT go through them! They don’t give you a copy of your contract, they are just absolute junk totally not just the cars but the whole company. They are scammers!!! Like I said DON’T use them you’ll get screwed over!

Very amazing service! They explain any questions you have with amazing detail and have such incredible Patience when you don't understand. Cars come clean and safe. They handle everything for you and even have amazing staff who deliver the vehicles to you!
