WOW and AMAZING are the first two words that come to mind with respect to my recent service experience at Yonge Steeles Ford Lincoln.

I took my car in for a normal service which included an oil change, filter, lubrication and a 10 point inspection.

From start to finish - it was a delightful experience and should be commended.

Being greeted, intake with Service Advisor Bhushan, fast car service, post service and finally car pick-up - everything went smoothly and was greeted with a smile every step of the way.

I got to meet the Principal Mark and he is a class act. We had a few laughs and after sharing my experience, he was sure to praise his staff for a job well done.

I told him far to often, people share their bad experiences, but I thought it was important to share my 100% customer service experience.

I don't love going to dealerships in general but this was an all different experience and I will definitely go back for future service visits.
