Wanted to update my review took delivery of my new trailer and had the new fifth wheel hitch installed. Had to drive to London for the day so they had one of their workers taxi my wife and myself anywhere we wanted to go for the day while we waited we had great customer service from sales, service and all the staff at CampMart.

Dan from CampMart London was excellent to work with he made it a smooth transition from our old rv to our new fifth wheel everyone at CampMartRV did a excellent job. If your looking for a new RV this is the place to look.

If you’re looking for a new trailer this is definitely the place. Steven was very helpful and patient with all our questions and best of all we didn’t feel pressured or rushed in our decision. I would also like to say a thank you to Dammy for his help and the time he took with us as well. This team made our purchase simple and stress free. Extremely excited to start the camping season with our beautiful new Mallard.

What an outstanding experience at this establishment. Both Moe and Dammy were really respectful and helpful. I recommend this place to everyone seeking a camper or RV.

We had awesome service from the staff at Campmart London..especially Annette Thornton. She is an awesome lady who took care of us through our whole transaction. I just want to show, I went to camp mart, just looking to see if I could get a RV for me and my family and had no idea what I was doing, but the General manger Steve and Dammy were SOO helpful and super kind. They made the whole process so easy for me and got me into a beautiful RV that I’m excited to use this summer. Amazing service, amazing people. Thank you Steve and Dammy.

This will be our 3rd purchase since out first one in 2020. First one was ok. Second one was a bit better but the trailer had alot of issues. This week we talked with Steve and opted to trade it in and purchase a new 2023 Starcraft. He has been a huge help and had gone above and beyond to make us happy again after dealing with so many issues with the last trailer. Definitely ask for Steve if your looking for a trailer. He's been a great help.

My experience with Steven was appreciated he was patient and gave us all the information to questions we had. He even braved the downpour to show us multiple trailers on the lot. Steven was great, my overall experience shopping at campmart was fine but lacking and did not want that rating to reflect the customer service of Steven in sales.

Won't let me post 2 reviews, but had to give a big shout out to Ron in service. He was amazing!! We picked up our trailer and was camping that day, without his walk through and insight this trip would not have been as successful. Ron cares about the families and wanting them to have the knowledge of maintaining their investments for the sake of building those memories. Ron I genuinely thank you for your service!

Dan is the man. My sister and I went into look at a pop up trailer. Dan helped us out with a new 19ft trailer at a cheaper cost. More room and less work. Recommend campmart if your searching for a trailer.

Annette from CampMart in London is simply amazing! Not only did she stay late past her shift to accommodate us getting there shortly before their closing time to discuss our needs/wants, but the next day when we went back to look at more trailers, she was so very patient showing us many different options based on what she found out about what interested us.  She was beyond knowledgeable about each trailer, and so very tolerant of us going back and forth between trailers to view them again as tried to compare and knock out options, so that we could make the best-informed decision that suited our needs, and got us the most bang for our buck. Once we made our decision, she made herself available by cell phone, even on her day off, to communicate with our insurance to get it set up, to answer all questions we had about specific specs of the trailer, and other items we requested. If you are looking for someone who truly knows trailers, gets to know you as a person to determine what is best for your needs and wants, and is so friendly and goes above and beyond, Annette is your girl! Highly recommend!! I will post an update about the service team there once we receive our trailer, but so far this location has been worth the drive!

Wow! My husband and I had just experienced excellent service with our now New Friend Annette from London Campmart! Not only did she help us get into our own dream camper, she came in on her day off to work with our schedule, plus get an additional discount.. More so, her patience with our indecisiveness, yet left us with a comfort inside knowing this purchase has left us with a comfort instead of a regret! Thanks again Annette!

Probably one of the easiest purchases I have made. Spoke with Dan explained what I was looking for in a Trailer and all the amenities I wished for along with a budget. Dan got right to it and met all my requirements answered all my questions and did not oversell anything. This is something that you don't always get from sales!! Was at ease with Dan as my rep from the beginning. Closed the deal same-day!! He's really worth asking for if you visit CampMart RV in London.

Absolutely loved shopping at CampMart!! We were unsure of the exact model of tent camper that would suit our family best coming in, however within a half our we purchased the perfect camper thanks to John!! Great prices, amazing customer service and no pressure. Would highly recommend checking it out if you are in the market for a new trailer. We can’t thank you enough John! I am so very thankful to campmart London and costumer care for helping me with my camper they have both went above and beyond in getting my camper fixed when my warranty wouldn’t they are a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.
