Canadian Tire

I imported a vehicle from the states so I had to get my out of country inspection done here. Staff was incredibly helpful through the maze of RIV paperwork and incredibly accommodating with a couple issues I ran into. I ended up booking my provincial Inspection there as well simply because of how well I was treated.

I was shopping at South Red Deer Canadian Tire and had no clue where to find Seafoam. A young gentleman named Evan knew exactly where it was. This was a while ago. Whenever I go to that Canadian Tire I look for him to help as not all the employees are as knowledgeable. Going above and beyond deserves a raise and a pat on the back.

I had been looking all over the place for a battery for my truck, as she's really old it's been pretty hard to find

I went into Canadian Tire south and was greeted by a young man named Camden. Camden took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. He was even able to find me a couple of other items I was looking for without having to walk each aisle searching. Thank you Camden and Canadian Tire. I will be back.

A big THANK YOU to Jennifer in the service department for helping us get back on the road. Jennifer and the service department went over and above. We were traveling from Edmonton to Banff with our elderly parents when our tire started going flat quickly. Being short staffed and not being able to get a tire repair done at any other Canadian Tire after calling, Jennifer spoke with the technicians in the back and was able to get us in ASAP to have our tire repaired. Jennifer went even as far as to show my parents how the repair was being done, which helped relive my dad's anxiety. They got us back on the road within 20 mins. Canadian Tire is very lucky to have such an amazing employee who is willing to help. Every other Canadian Tire we called would not get us in and didn't even care. Thank you, Jennifer, for being an amazing person as there are not many people in this world like you.

The website is great for letting you know exactly what isle and how many products are in stock at your location. Should you need help I've always find someone who can be of assistance. Location and sales days are great.

Bought heavy duty black shelving - good customer service on floor but no assistance at till. The store was huge & tidy.

Staff was great. Right to the point, she didn't really greet me so she called the manager on her self and got fired!! LOL The manager was just as great and very knowledgeable. I went back the next day and did a bigger purchase and she was there working and greeted us asap!! This is my new go to store!!

This store has had a reno in the last year and is much easier to navigate than before. Seems to have a better selection of the things I would need. They have a good paying lot with dedicated truck parking spots.

I went to this store today to buy a large outdoor gazebo. I could not find it so I found an employee by the name of Skylar. He was super helpful and friendly. He right away went out to look in the SeaCan and was back to find me promptly. He had found it. He took us up to the counter to pay and had it ready to go out back for us. What a nice gentleman he was. Seems like such a hard worker also.

Great store friendly helpful staff with a great automotive side. I only use the south CT as the north always makes me feel like a criminal. It's one thing to ask some one if you can help them it's another to pretend to work while watching me shop. Had to grab exshust expanders had to try them on to find good fit and no one bugged me.

Had the absolute pleasure of being helped by a young man named Jacob just now. He was so kind and went above and beyond for us. I hope he is recognized for his excellent customer service.

Went to this store after getting bad service at the north end store and was treated with exceptional service immediately and was greeted by multiple staff members when we drove around to the pick up area for our purchases. Would highly recommend supporting the south store.

I was really impressed with this location's automotive department. Brian, Bruce, and other employees have exceptional customer service. I initially had an appointment book another day. With another urgent issue with my vehicle that required attention, they were flexible in getting me in two weeks earlier than expected. I had an oil change and a suspension inspection done. I found them to be honest with their explanation of what work needed to be done. Employees were prompt and respectful in their interactions with all customers that came in and out throughout my time waiting there. They were accommodating by using a coupon I had. Thank you for getting me back on the road quickly.

Just got my tire re-torqued and they do it so fast and proffesionally.
