My favourite place for good quality clothing and especially dresses. It can be expensive but they also have many quite impressive sales where I’ve saved up to 75% off some very nice clothing brands. I highly recommend as one of the few big brand name stores left in Red Deer.

The service was excellent. I was looking for dress pants out of hundreds of varieties. Valentina helped me to pick in a second the exact size and a style I needed. Time saver.

This Hudson's Bay is a great store. They always have a well managed store with friendly staff. Just a pleasure to visit. Iconically Canadian.

I bought 3 long sleeve dress shirts from Hudson’s Bay Red Deer and I received the best service from Patricia. Her customer service is phenomenal! She was very very nice and very knowledgeable, her 8 years of experience definitely caught my attention. She helped me find the perfect dress shirts that suited my physique the best, she made sure that it wasn’t too tight or too big and she stuck with me until I found 3 perfect dress shirts I was happy to purchase when I only came to buy one! I have been to the Bays in various cities many times, I prefer this one. Not crowded and always surprise me with good deal and right size for me.

Same old bay store they have a small section of Zellers stuff

Came in to refund some items from an online order, initially had a associate who was not very keen on assisting me. Mentioning they would not be able to complete the transaction for me. Sara, another associate there was near by and offered to give me a hand. She was sweet, kind and understanding. She help me get my refund and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. Huge thanks to Sara for going above and beyond for me.

Hudson Bay, has always been, and it is one of my favorite stores everyone in Canada. At the Bay in Red Deer, I have some amazing experiences shopping. The employees at that store are super helpful and friendly. 🤟🤟♥♥

There Was Almost All The Popular International Brands Over There At Hudson Bay But Everything Was Pretty Expensive ( Out of Affordability Level of A Common Man ). We Couldn’t Find Any Clearance Section / Deals / Promotions Over There.

The Hudson Bay has been part of our heritage and life. Hope they can survive.excellent value.

An excellent Hudson's Bay store, this location knows their demographic and stocks some of the more affordable offerings. Although, it would be nice to have some of the more high end apparel also offered.

A precursor- I have not been to a Hudson's Bay store in a looooong time.
That being said, I was VERY impressed.
The staff/ sales staff were fantastic- support helpful.
What really surprised me was the wide selection of mid to high end products they offer. Some fairly big names in fashion that offer high quality products.
The prices can be high, depending on the brand's you opt for.
The Bay also offers many promotions and offers to encourage further visits. I could see how through these offers it could be a store frequented often.

I will never buy my perfume anywhere else. The ladies were amazing. I wish I knew all of their names. They helped me narrow down my choices and I absolutely love the one I ended up deciding on. Thank you so much ❤

We went for shopping after work on Sunday , and it was last hour before closing , associate Judy was very helpful and professional , she guide us through store trying to find what we want , she did amazing job , Thank you Judy !

Founds some great Sheets that were on Sale

Items on sale sold out in my size. Clerk checked her computer and found the items. Ordered and will be shipped to my address at the sale price. Absolutely love the service Hudson Bay clerks provide.
