Bluebird Self Storage

I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone requiring storage space. The gentleman who run the facility are so helpful and personable. The site is always clean and free of garbage and there is always a dolly available whenever I come into the facility. I have rented from many storage places and the above mentioned pros in this review are truly an issue in a-lot of facilities. If you are looking for good service, cleanliness, and protection from the elements as you are moving your stuff, I would check them out.

We rented a 10×10 unit recently, totally satisfied with this storage facility. The building is clean and well maintained, easy to access, have great security features to keep the items safe. Also, the site manager Zack is really friendly, he helped me out of the unit check in and get everything covered before I asking. Again, we very happy to choose this storage. If you need a storage, give them a call or visit this facility, you won't regret.

The staff and facility are Incredible!!
The staff know their trade and are very helpful in choosing a size. Then as I informed I was on a budget, they recommended a higher level unit and were able to find a current promotion that would save me on my monthly storage fees. The facility is spotless at state of the art, and I know that the heirlooms that I am storing their are in a clean climate controlled environment and are safe. Good job to all involved.!

Great customer service and clean facility. They went in details about the fees so that I could understand what I will be paying monthly and went over the facility policies with me.
I absolutely love the fact that cars are actually pulled indoors, with the garage doors closing behind them; securing belongings left in the car when inside the building.
The place feels incredibly safe! One of the best self storage facility I have done business with; will definitely recommend!

Pablo helped me transition from one storage to this one and I am so happy I made the move. He really helped me out in a time of need and was able to accommodate a last minute change for me. I have had nothing but positive experiences at Bluebird!! So thankful.

Booked a storage unit online, process is straight forward. The chat agent is really helpful, guided me through the booking process whenever I have questions. Can't think of a bad thing about it.

I have been dealing with the most stressful move yet. And Zack and Pablo have made this situation so much more bareable!!!!!! They helped me pick the perfect size for what I needed. And it was perfect for everything I needed to put in it! The building is very clean and well kept. The units are in great condition. And I love that the doors for the units are assisted lift!.

This location has a great team and they actually care about their customers its shown in their actions and how they have treated me.

Bluebird is very clean and well organized. The indoor unload area kept me out of the cold and made it really easy to move my things. Pablo is very knowledgeable and professional. He went over and beyond to make my experience easy.

From the minute I walked in, I knew right away I was going to be given exceptional service. I initially booked online and then called the facility after. Pablo answered all my questions that you can't necessarily get online and was looking forward to meeting me when I decide to move in. A week later, I entered and he greeted me by name. I am assuming he remembered the date I said I would be coming in. That's when I knew I was in good hands. As he was processing the final paperwork, he noticed that I was assigned a storage unit that was very far. He let me know that system automatically populates a unit for me but he would check to see if he had anything available that would be more convenient for me. Boy was I ever glad he did because upon receiving a mini tour, I realized there would be no way I would ever be able to find a unit so far away. I haven't had any issues yet and in fact I recently referred a friend who got a bigger unit!
It's not often you receive great service but when I do I make sure it does not go unnoticed.
