We bought a few things. The prices were good and the staff was very friendly

Went there the buy a microwave, an employee named Kush or Kushan (sorry I forgot) help me find the perfect size. Also brought to my attention a discount from the sticker price! Great experience really felt like he was trying to help me out to get the best price and the best product.

Today I went back to return an item for which I didn't have my original receipt. However, the manager (Ricardo) "went the extra mile" by checking all credit card transactions for that particular day. I told him to take his time because at times, he had to serve other customers in line. After a little while, he found my transaction and asked me some details about it, just to confirm it was the correct bill. Then he issued the credit note, and very politely, handed it to me and explained how and where to use it.
I am so pleased with the professional way he performed and handled the situation.
As a very satisfied customer, the least I can do is to provide this feedback and let everyone know about Ricardo, a real asset to this store in Woodbridge.
Keep up the excellent professional work you are doing. I hope the company put you in charge as "Team Lead", and be able to train those who need it. Congratulations!

The sales guy answered all my questions and facilitated my wish to see and try the remote control for the TV. As a result I'm a happy owner of a new TV. Very pleased with the boxing day deal I got and with my in store experience.
All the little issues were resolved on the spot by the cashier. It's nice not to be pressured by the sale guys and to feel rushed etc.

As I'm not able to go in to the Factory Direct store, I called to inquire about Portable Air Conditioners. The employee that answered the phone was Java. He was fantastic! He patiently answered every question I had & put me on a brief hold to ask his manager, Rick what he did not know. I appreciated Java's honesty & great customer service!! Java was professional, friendly & courteous. It's obvious that Rick is a great manager.

I was running late from work and the management and team stayed and waited for me to show up to grab a pop up canopy... And also a few more items they were fantastic helpful 👍 and great awesome personal and very informative I will not go to any other location but here I will definitely recommend you to my family and friends....go here if you want the best service possible....for those who have this place 1 star please get a life because nothing in this world is perfect unless your all God's out there and born with out flaw how dare you in this day and age rate these hard working guys the way you do...karma will catch up with you....guys at factory direct keep being the best people in this time and age we live in...god bless you.

This place haunts me and taunts me as I pass by it telling me "you know you want to come inside" I have lost count in how many times I've been to this store. Why pay expensive prices when you can go here get the same thing you want for much cheaper and same warranty as a new product. I needed a 4 tb hdd and found a WD blue at factory direct for 99$ I got the 2 warranty, yes I understand that it is refurbished but you would pay 160 for a new one and pay way more for 2 years warranty. Don't procrastinate and just go to factory direct.

I was not very interested to buy anything from here due to the unfriendly and non helping behavior of the staff. First time the sale person names Indi was changed my mind to shop at here. I never find a very helping and friendly person ever in any factory direct outlet. She gave me proper information about the product, the return/exchange policy and warranty.

Staff are knowledgeable about items being sold and they take their time to explain everything to you in details before you make a purchase. I've been going to this place in years and never had any bad experience. 😊

Before hitting a big box electronics store, or a general store, drop by Factory Direct. They have a large variety of items (not all electronics) typically more affordable then other options (incl. Amazon) as well as having a variety of quirky items you always wanted to try.

This sounds like an ad... but, I assure you it's worth a visit.

This five star represents the action to(what I feel is) a mistake made. I purchase a TV at the store, within 40 days the TV was experiencing some major picture problems... Intermitted flashing solid colors, blank screens, etc. There's a 90-day repair warranty at factory direct. I utilize this warranty to get the TV repaired. I was given back the TV being told that the TV wasn't broken, but I had video evidence of the problems I was having. After speaking with customer service and, having them escalate the issue, they allowed me to get store credit and purchase another television. Very appreciative of there attention and empathy to our situation cuz I know there's a hard line with returns at these type of stores.

Ric, the manager has been really helpful by personally advising me for the electronic stuff i needed for my house ! The whole team had a positive vibe. And yes the prices were great.

this is where you find deals of every kind here I bought a hanging bicycle rack not rock but the lift for $12.11 normally you would pay anywhere between 50 to $60 for the same item best place in town to find bargains.so many other items in there that I didn't even know existed and you don't want the prices were extremely reasonable and I would definitely go here again highly recommend that you visit this place.

Google map, alo. Yes. the store is accessible to the other businesses, supermarkets, hotels, and others what you can name those, can't you? When in essentials, come to that area. Thanks to the Google map.

Oh my God I love factory direct I've always loved going there I bought a lot of my stag gifts there and I always find something I need sometimes a little too much LOL Also bought a lot for our business Versai salon and spa Thank you for all the Tech help

Despite the challenges all around, this store tries very hard to please the customers. Keep up the good work! 👍
