Was in this morning (sept 29 930am) to pick up cat food and a few dog goodies for our furry family members. I can't remember the woman's name who helped us, started with an A, she was absolutely phenomenal. She was patient and kind, friendly when we were all scattered. It was immensely appreciated, I hope she gets recognized for her stellar kindness and service!

New to Red Deer, we used Petsmart in our last city. So it made sense to use Petsmart again for our grooming needs. The groomers here are amazing!! My puppers got exactly what I paid for and they were so nice. They even remember us when we walk in. That’s a nice feeling.

I highly recommend going if you're looking for a pet. They also have an adoption center for cats.... And lots of birds.

PetSmart is my favourite place to go buy crickets for my sons lizard, they are very helpful and the checkouts are quick and easy, the points program helps too!

The Trainer helped me find a 3 point lead for my new rescue woofer. I also bought squeeky toys, a necker and a collar.
She is 2 yrs old and is not leash trained.
But she will be a great co-pilot for traveling in my Motorhome., Thank you Pet Smart..

I took my dog Riley who is a lab for his first spa treatment at PetSmart. The ladies were awesome with him they did a beautiful job. I will always take Riley there for now on, thank you for taking such great care of our little boy.😊

Adopted a reptile a short while ago and before taking the plunge decided to do my research. The staff was very helpful in finding everything that I needed for him. Everything they suggested was also in line with what I was finding online by expert reptile owners. They were well informed and didn’t try to upsell me just because they could. I will only be buying all pet supplies from here from now on. -2024 edit- Alaina is the reason I continue to come back here. She is amazing at pet knowledge.

I wanted the black and white cat that they have for adoption. Me and the hubby already nicknamed him “crackhead cat” would love to have adopted him. Hopefully he found a good home.

The store is very organized. They sort by brand names in the aisle so you're not searching for one thing out of a 100. The staff are very fun and friendly to talk to, and very helpful.
