I really appreciate the great customer service at London Drugs. The employees are very helpful. I was so impressed when I was in there before Christmas and I saw an employee named Ryan training another employee in a kind and helpful way. Natalie was also very helpful. Great experience and awesome selection of products!

If I could give more than 5 stars,I would. We needed passport photos done for 5 of us and she was so nice and efficient. She had to do it twice for my twins but she managed it like a pro. Thank you once again Brenda we will definitely visit again:)

Layne in the electronics section was very helpful in assisting us with finding a printer. He provided us with excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable on the various different kinds of printers and provided helpful information. Not only did he help us with finding the printer, but he also carried it to our car. We are so grateful. London Drugs is lucky to have him😊

I just want to say a huge thank you to Trevor in electronics at the Red Deer location. He really went up and beyond for me this evening when I was purchasing a new phone this evening. He helped me set everything up and evening went as far as doing it for me as I am no good on phones what so ever. He really helped me out in a stressful situation as I needed my phone for work. He had all the solutions when I thought there wasn't any. Thank you again Trevor you have no idea how much this helped me. The best part is he was happy to do it!!! I would 100% recommend

Shopped here for decades. Always consistently stocked with the everyday items and they always have new stuff to try. I can buy a coffee maker, toothpaste a chocolate bar and triple digit perfume all in one stop.

If you're anything like me take a big bag in with you. By the time I have checked out their amazing assortment of goods I have filled my bag & more. There have been a number of items that I had searched for in other stores & just could not find. Coffee pods for the Dulce Gusto coffee machine is a good example. What a nice surprise to find them at London Drugs as a regular stocked item. There are other items I have only been able to find there. The store is clean & well stocked & the staff have always been pleasant & helpful. Well worth the little extra trip to the south end of Red Deer. I don't search now, I just go to London Drugs. Thanks for your great service

I come here because the electronics items are a bargain. Store is very clean...like, ALL THE TIME, and the staff do not miss a beat when it comes to helping you. Manager obviously doing a good job. Must be recognized.

I saw Pauline for a travel medicine consultation. She provided very comprehensive information and reviewed my history closely, saving me from getting an unnecessary vaccination. Her advice was balanced, not pushing unnecessary treatment but informing the risks and benefits of both going adhead with preventative medications / vaccinations or opting not to go ahead with them. I would recommend her for anyone needing a travel medicine consultation.

Experience was good. They were able to get all my data transferred across to my new phone.
Everything was quick and easy.

This morning, we visit the store and we are about to pay a guitar when a guy approach us and said that what we pick doenst have the spot to plug the amp. He then said we can order it and prepaid and just come on Tuesday to pick it up... he then end up helping us at the register. He even show us different color for options. He is super amazing.. cant help but ask his name. He is Bryan, the store manager. I wish I have manager like him. He knows "customer service".. keep up the good work sir :)

The pharmacy staff here is excellent. Not only are they knowledgeable and professional, they are nice. They treat every single person with kindness and respect. THANK YOU to all of you!❤

Out of all places... London Drugs has pretty awesome and unique audio hardware. I was able to find some nice and unique speakers (HK Aura) for a reasonable price. Their computer department has some knowledgeable staff as well and they are able to do some iPhone related repairs (Apple certified service). All the things above are not what I expect from a pharmacy type of store but I enjoy stopping by there.

I have recently taken advantage of the great offer at London Drugs Photo department of getting all my original photos placed on a stick.
It is a great way to have it all digital instead of storing tons of boxes of photos at home.
They did a great job of this and then recently I had a couple of photo books done where you can design them yourself in store and get them printed.
The staff here are tremendously friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them.
They went above and beyond to help me navigate the program and learn all the different options available.
I just picked up my Photo albums and they are of the highest quality and very reasonably priced.
I highly recommend the staff here and thank you to all of you for your wonderful customer service, it is also so evident that you all have a great rapport in your team and joy in your profession.

Genuinely the best electronics store in town. Don't even bother going to BB or Visions. London Drugs has a better selection than both of those stores, with lots of options, from several competing manufacturers, and everything is in stock. Employees ask politely if you need help without being bothersome. They even still sell some PC games, and photo film!

I basically buy all my electronics here. (weird hey, when you have different options in stock, people actually buy from your store! Im looking at you, Best Buy)

...A better stationary/office supply store than Staples. A better drugstore than Shoppers Drugmart. A better electronics store than Best Buy. A better videogames store than EB Games. Lower prices than Walmart. Oftentimes an even better small-scale hardware store than Lowes or Homedepot oddly enough. Yet everyone's surprised when I say this in person.

I love the cosmetics department here! They are ALWAYS so helpful, knowledgeable and don’t hound you.
