The customer service and wealth of knowledge the owners have is outstanding. Their machines are very high quality and prices are very reasonable. I appreciate their classes too as I am still a beginner. Do not hesitate to visit as they will not disappoint!

Of all of the sewing centres that I have been into, and I have had the pleasure of doing business with this business is run smoothly with people who care about the customer and about their needs. The prices are not over the top and our fair, and this is coming from someone who likes a very good bargain. All of the staff at this location are amazing and they truly care about their craft, and ours! Their selection of machines is absolutely fantastic and their prices are amazing. And if they are unable to provide you with the machine or item that you need at the time, they are able to order it in a timely fashion. Keep up the great work!

I ordered this sewing chair on castors with storage - and I jut love it. I was not able to find this one in BC although there were similar ones, but they were more money. The service was prompt and shipping took less than a week. Putting it together was easy, even for me, a senior, but I was unsure in the last step (apparently I had "older instructions") but I called the store and got a very cheerful staff to help out. I am very satisfied with both the product and the service.

I ordered a Pfaff Select 4.2 from this shop in Red Deer AB, one of the few stores across Canada that carried this machine. The service was amazing. I ordered it on a Friday and had the machine delivered in Winnipeg on the following Tuesday morning. I was disappointed that a hard case no longer came with the machine and when I called the shop to inquire, Wally went the extra mile by contacting Pfaff to find a cover for me. I give this shop 5 stars for their exceptional customer service, quick delivery, and a good price.

Both my visits to the Red Deer Sewing Center since it has changed ownership I experienced excellent customer service from Walley and his staff. The level of customer service I received was far beyond my expectations. Their prices are very reasonable and have an excellent turn around time on sewing machine repairs.

I took my machine in for a service and the turnaround was well within 2 weeks. Had my newborn with me when I picked it up and the staff were so helpfull and immediately offered to carry my machine to my car for me. Always a busy place but you never have to wait long for someone to assist you.

I have been shopping here for years with Karen and Rolly. I found that Wally knows his machines well. He was knowledgeable and willing to work towards finding a machine to match my needs. I was extremely happy with my Janome 5100 that I got on trade for a Janome I bought previously.

My husband bought me a sewing machine for my birthday and they ladies here were great to him. They were very helpful and taught him things to teach me when I get it! I went a few days later to get some accessories and again they were extremely helpful. Just lovely ladies all together!

Went in looking for special sewing machine needles for a friend. Found something suitable. Then bought bobbins and needles for my own 50 year old sewing machines. It is wonderful to be able to get parts and repairs for such a wide range of machines...new and old.

Wally and Risi are the dynamic duo running this wonderful business. They are both very knowledgeable and helpful when trying to decide on a new machine or a reconditioned one. The store is full of sewing and quilting supplies and accessories and they also service machines. I recommend you visit them next time you are in Red Deer!

Yes I like this place they give great deals on new machine and also nice discounts on various products that you purchase. This stuff is very helpful. I came to them specially because of their special deals all the way from Calgary.

The owners and staff are so helpful and so kind. I take my machine in for service here and Rolly is so prompt in having it ready for pick up quickly. I really appreciate that. All are extremely knowledgeable on anything I ask. Thank you for being there.

I participated in a class with Maligne that was fabulous! She was so patient, talented, kind, and knowledgeable! She made an extremely difficult pattern seem doable to a complete novice; no small task! The rest of the staff at RDSC were very helpful, accommodating and kind. They allowed me to purchase some new sewing gadgets, that I needed for the class, during class time without requiring I skip out of the instruction to pay for them. Instead they started a tab for me, and allowed me to pay after class ended. In addition, they knew exactly what I needed for my specific sewing machine; they’re very knowledgeable! What a wonderful place! I’ll be back!

My much-loved and seriously overworked Janome was giving me major grief. I was expecting a big repair bill and was happily shocked at the reasonable cost.My machine works perfectly and is back working hard. Thank you!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff that were willing to take time with me even though I'm a very entry level sewer and only went in to buy a basic machine. The advice and time spent was much appreciated.

Very polite lady came up to us as soon as we walked in. Was able to help me with what i needed for my old sewing machine! The part i bought there was even cheaper than ebay or amazon! And i didn't have to wait for it either!😀😀

We were shopping for serger and were greeted shortly after we entered the store. The lady we dealt with was knowledgeable and helpful. We decided to make a purchase and she made sure we all we needed. Certainly would return.

Rolly, Karen, and all the staff have been terrific over the years. They are always helpful. I have purchased sewing machines, serger, and furniture with great service for all. I have taken classes and increased my comfort with sewing as well as with using the serger.
