I want to send a massive Thank you to Sarah and Randy for going above and beyond today. The customer service that I received from Sarah was exceptional. I had a very big dilemma and together with Randy and Sarah they went the extra mile to find a way to make this work out. I want Kent Building Supplies to see what these two people represent for their company. They are the front line that every customer deals with. You have two very compassionate and kind employees. I could never say enough of what these two have done for me today...Thank you from the bottom of my heart . A simple act of kindness can change someone's life and this is what you two have done for me and someone very dear to me today.

I moved here and needed tools to build a fort. I now have the most ballin fort in the woods which i live in and a nice little collection of hand tools. Kents staff always harrass me to see if i need help and i appreciate that very much. Lots of businesses here in CB dont seem to think customer service is important.
I would like to come in next wednesday and give each and every staff member some money i stole from my mothers purse and saved before being kicked in to my tree fort permanantly by the birch. Its not much but its something. See you guys in a couple days🤫

Small local hardware has the necessities. Staff are really nice and super helpful. If they don't have it they can get it.
