Inverness Consolidated Memorial Hospital

Had to stay a night in this lovely hotel. Very clean. Was only allowed liquids but they were good liquids. Soup was weak but I understand. Dropped my own flies in. Nbd
Had to walk around with a robot chaparrone tho. He even watched me pee. Perv.
The staff were great and attended to whatever i wanted which wasnt much but watching these women being so busy, yet attentive, caring, and professional with other hotel patrons that came and went. You are all fantastic. Every staff member encountered was great. Even the cleaning lady i seen in the morning. Very thorough.
Anyway they checked on my vitals all night in case i died or something. Dont wanna leave that for long if i did. I smell bad enough alive but William Robert Joseph, the 4th lives to stink another day. Thanks for that😉

Being home on vacation, a hospital visit wasn’t in my plans, but was unavoidable.

After waiting 8 hours at the Regional “emergency” department yesterday and not being seen, walking into Inverness Hospital was an incredibly different experience!

The atmosphere was so welcoming and open. From the time I walked through the doors until I was going for an X-ray was 17 minutes!! After X-ray, it was a wait, but so worth it! At the 4 hour mark, myself and 3 other people from the waiting room were seen!
Dr. Rhea McDonald was amazing! Friendly, incredibly helpful, and professional!

My unsolicited advice, avoid CB regional if possible and take the drive to Inverness!

Had a colonoscopy done in the Inverness hospital and from the moment my wife and I walked in through the front door the staff went out of there way to be so helpful and everyone was friendly and polite.
Doctor Cooper and his team are the very best , thanks you guys , you made the procedure so easy and the level of comfort and warm blankets sure help.

Being on vacation I got into a car accident and spent some days in that hospital.
From kitchen workers to nurses to doctors they are most responsive people I have ever met.
True professionals working hard days and nights to help patients. That is amazing how a small local hospital could make difference.

Hard to believe this hospital is in Cape Breton. Amazing staff, very thorough, quickest times. I have a fear of The Regional Hospital because it’s a disaster. I will drive 2 hours to Inverness any day of the week for my healthcare! Great Hospital. Good job

This is the second time I have found myself here. Not for me, but for my loved ones. It is worth the 2 hour drive from Noth Sydney. Staff are super helpful. Too bad the Regional is in such distress. Wait time here measured in minutes. Regional = + 15 hours or longer.

We were travelling out east from Ottawa and ended up at the emergency at the Inverness Hospital. I have never experienced such amazing service, thorough testing and wonderful staff and all so quickly and efficiently. Best emergency room service ever!

I visited this hospital twice during the past 3 months, and it was for a CT scan, and both times I did not wait more than 3 minutes, the staff are very friendly, excellent service

The other day I was at the the ICMH for day surgery . Everything went fine, thanks to the most friendly and VERY professional staff from check in to checkout .

Best hospital atmosphere in NS. Exceptionally kind nurses.

Clean, attentive, free parking. not destroyed by conservative privatization yet

Slow af.. 3hrs and counting to get an x-ray done and checked, but doctors and other staff are great. Just slow.

This hospital is absolutely useless no one knows what's going on or where to go or how to help you it's all just a guessing game the staff are pretty much brain dead and do not care about you're health at all

Showed up at 6am looking for a quick prescription. Place was empty. Registered then waited for 5 hours before leaving empty handed. Useless.
