Cherry Brook Park

This is a great place to live! Being a 55 and over park there are great activities and club house venues. You can join the activities or not and get involved volunteering or not! A friendly bunch of seniors of all ages. Close to shopping and the hospital.Would certainly recommend this as another option for being a home owner where you own the land and it is price wise a better deal than most neighborhoods.

Cherry Brook Mobile Home Park is a very nice, well maintained adult only complex. The grounds are always well kept and the location to the United States and central White Rock and South Surrey can't be beat. There is always a friendly face out and about, walking their dog or working on their garden!

Mobile home park nice and clean when we drove through no parking on the road way hard to find their visitor parking. Can be a walk from visitor parking to where you need to go . I believe this park is a 55+ owner no rental park small pet allowed
